Magical, unforgettable road trip.
Magical moments, unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday. I highly recommend it. Thanks also to our Guide Hamed Faska and our driver Muhammed. And to my dear cousin @claudiapereirs of the agency: @desire2travel.pt Hotel Ali in Marrakech

Souza Morocco, the best! 😍
Experience for 5 days, by Morocco. Souza Morocco and its partners welcomed me super well. From the airport, to the hotels, the tour guides, as well as indications of the best night activities, etc.

Sahara Desert
A very nice experience in the desert with the family, who had a great time riding a camel. Unsurprisingly it was very hot but worth it. We really enjoyed the visit to the Ati Ben Haddou castle, which was on its way. Stops at the hotel with pool were appreciated! Thank you very much to Abdul and until next time.

If you’re thinking about booking this tour, just do it!
Wow, what an experience! This tour was absolutely incredible—and at such a reasonable price. From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to Abdul, who was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my (many) questions, helped my son check into the hotel a day early, and even arranged things for us to stay beyond the five-day tour. Truly above and beyond! Now, onto the tour itself—where do I even start? Our guides, Angela, Hassan, and Fatima, were absolute gems. Super knowledgeable, incredibly organized, and honestly, just hilarious. They made everything so easy that we never had to worry about a thing. The scenery? Jaw-dropping! The Atlas Mountains are breathtaking, and Kasbah Amridil (entrance fee 50 MAD, just a heads-up) was a stunning glimpse into history. The pit stops at the cooperativa and the clothing store weren’t just touristy gimmicks—they were actually interesting and fun! But let’s talk about the real highlight: the Merzouga desert. The glamping, the camel ride, the endless dunes—it was straight out of a movie. Sandboarding? Check. Chatting with the camel guides? So cool. And the nighttime drum circle? An absolute blast! We even rented quads on the second morning to catch the sunrise, and wow, what a ride—literally! It took us deeper into the dunes and gave us a whole new perspective. The guided tour of the Medina was another standout. Fatima was fantastic—super engaging, informative, and had us laughing the entire time. She made history come alive with her energy and humor. One quick tip: While lunches aren’t included, just know that the available options are typically pre-set menus priced around 120-140 MAD. Nothing crazy, but good to know in advance! All in all, this was an unforgettable trip, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. If you’re on the fence—just book it! You won’t regret it.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech cost?
+
Prices start at $249 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech take?
+
Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 5-Day Morocco Tour with Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, From Marrakech To Essaouira Mogador Full Day Trip | Small-group, Agafay Desert Package, Quad Bike, Camel Ride and Dinner Show. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
