5 day Kruger and Panorama Tour
Unreal experience with Shinzelle. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day safari with them. Everything went really smoothly and from tour guide to hotel staff, they all knew our itinerary down to a tee. Jeffery was our guide for the first two days and he was fantastic. He is a really nice guy, has unbelievable knowledge of the wildlife and was very patient with each encounter. Would highly recommend, and if going on a safari again I would ask for Jeffery to be our guide for the whole trip.

Amazing
My friends and I had an incredible few days with Shinzelle Safaris. Everything about our trip was amazing, from our accommodation in the Gecko Lodge to seeing the Big 5. Jeffery our guide was such a gentleman, he was very knowledgeable and truly cared about the animals in the park. Trip of a lifetime, would highly recommend Shinzelle Safaris.

Amazing Safari and lodge package
We booked a safari and lodge package through Shinzelle and, apart from one small hiccup, everything was seamless from start to finish. Due to a booking mix-up, we were moved to Safari Moon Lodge, which turned out to be absolutely outstanding in every way. Our days were filled with fantastic game drives, each one led by a knowledgeable and personable guide who made every outing both informative and memorable. A special thank-you also goes to Danielle, who went above and beyond by helping retrieve a phone we’d left behind in the shuttle and even offering to visit the pharmacy when two of our group felt unwell. Communication with Shinzelle was always prompt and reliable, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again in the future.

Trip of a lifetime
Shinzelle Safaris gave us the best first safari experience we could have hoped for. From start to finish, the service was exceptionally well-organized and made the entire trip feel effortless and relaxing. We were made to feel like royalty, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make us feel truly special — particularly as we were celebrating a very special birthday. The experience was definitely worth every penny and offered exceptional value for money. We stayed at the luxury lodge, which I can’t recommend highly enough. The staff were outstanding, and the food was truly 10/10. While in Kruger, we were lucky enough to see every animal we could have hoped for — it was like the wildlife came out just for us. The experience exceeded all expectations and that was down to Shinzelle and everyone involved. Our personal game driver, Godfrey, was a standout — he truly made the trip unforgettable with his expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care. Couldn't sing his praises enough!
