Amazing experience & tour guide
Alondra is the best tour guide! She spoke fluent English and Spanish with us, engaged with us the entire time, gave us so much information about the tour and Mexico in general. She made our experience fun, enjoyable and memorable. I would rebook with her and this company again! This excursion was affordable for the length of the visit and the breathtaking sites we saw. Alondra made the atmosphere one of a kind and there was no crowds when we went! 10/10 experience!
Response from the operator: Reading this honestly made our day. Alondra has such a genuine way of connecting with people, and it’s wonderful to know that you felt that from the moment your tour began. We’ll make sure she sees your message because we know how much it means to hear that she helped make someone’s vacation a little more special. Thank you for choosing Living Dreams Mexico and for trusting us with part of your trip. It was truly a pleasure having you with us, and we’d be happy to take care of you again whenever you return to Mexico.

4 private cenotes with guide
We had an amazing experience on this tour! The cenotes were absolutely gorgeous, the zip line and cliff jumps were exciting adventures, and visiting the Mayan community was fascinating and authentic. We had five children ranging in age from 5 to 13, and every one of them had a fantastic time. Our guide, Betto, was knowledgeable, patient, and even took wonderful photos throughout the day. We highly recommend this excursion for families looking for a fun and memorable experience in the Riviera Maya!
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing to spend the day with us and for sharing such a thoughtful review. It is wonderful to know that your family enjoyed every part of the experience and that it created lasting memories for both the adults and the children. Creating adventures that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages is something we care deeply about. We will be sure to share your kind words with Betto. He will be delighted to know that his dedication, knowledge, patience, and the photos he captured helped make your day even more special. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome your family back for another unforgettable adventure in the Riviera Maya.

Best Cenote Trip for the whole family!
Our trip was incredible! Our tour guide James was friendly, enthusiastic, super knowledgeable about history and wildlife. Such a positive vibe! 🤙🏼 Our ride went fast due to all the stories of history. Got to the Mayan village and started our (easy) walk through the jungle and it was not crowded AT ALL. The first cenote was open and had the Zipline and cliff jump. James eased anyone’s mind who was worried and we got great pictures and lots of laughs. Staff at the park was also friendly! Walked to the next two cenotes which were each different from the next. James pointed out different wildlife along the way to the larger zip lines which was then followed by canoeing. It was beautiful and fun to throughout each adventure. Thank you James and the staff at the Mayan village who made our family trip memorable for all of us (of all ages). Core memory unlocked!! Highly recommend!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤙🏼🤙🏼
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing this amazing review! We are truly happy to hear that your family had such a memorable adventure with James. His passion for sharing the history, nature, and hidden gems of the Mayan jungle is something that makes the experience so special, and we’re delighted that his stories and positive energy made the journey even more enjoyable. It’s wonderful to know that everyone felt comfortable and had fun exploring the cenotes, enjoying the zip lines, canoeing, and discovering the beauty of this unique place. Creating those unforgettable family moments is exactly what we hope for with every experience. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with James and the team at the Mayan village. Thank you for choosing us to be part of your vacation and for recommending us to future travelers. We hope to welcome your family back for another incredible adventure in Mexico soon!

4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $275 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 799 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch?
+
Around 280 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4 Private Cenotes, Zip-Lines, Canoes & Mayan Village with Delicious Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
