Rafaat was awesome
Rafaat was a fantastic driver. He provided a great experience at the pyramids. We went to the pyramids earlier in our trip but wanted to experience in our own the second time. Without Rafaat that would not haver been possible. He is very kind, professional and an excellent person to trust for a great experience. If you want to experience the pyramids on your own without the hassle of finding an Uber, please consider Rafaat.

Waste of money
Terrible experience 3us hrs drive 1 way with music blaring and driving like a maniac, not stopping other than for driver to have a cigarette, finally get to the waterfalls! They ate 10 feet tall and water pumps on the far side garbage everywhere including water and sand, then drive back But with stops to papyrus Making store of which we did not want then driver wanted to take us to cotton factory then to oil company No! Way to pushy everywhere did not feel comfortable with entire experience

Amazing
A guide can lead you from point to point but a really good guide like Adel lets you feel the real Egypt up close. An interesting tour to Fayum and its surroundings takes the tourist out of Cairo into the surrounding desert nature. After the official trip we continued together to a visit to a papyrus school and a joint dinner with Adel and his brother where all the barriers fell and we moved into personal paths and true friendship

Very nice tour
Ask for Ahmed . You will not regret .this company provided an excellent servicevwith nice vsn and good driver . Fayoum good to see water fall and quaran lake . We got nice lunch with Egyptian taste.ovrrall recommended

Waste of money
The worst ever experience I had with guided tour. 1. We were charged for the park tickets, which should be included in the fee we paid, as advertised in the brochure (see below the photo attached). Bottled water were not provided during the trip; 2. We spent extra $75 to hire a tour guide, as the vendor recommended. However, we did not get the services we expected. a. The tour guide rarely interacted with us, and did not proactively explain the places we were visiting. Rather, he spent all the time chatting with the bus driver in a language which we did not understand. b. At the hotel lobby when he picked us up, he told us that there would have intense policing in the area we were heading to, and he told us that we should tell police that we are Singaporeans, and did not say we are Americans. This was the obstruction to the justice as we all know. c. In a number of occasions the tour guide tried to scam money from us. He told us we could take a boat tour for $5 each. I went to boat operator directly asking for the price, and was told it would be 100 Egyptian pounds.given the exchange rate of about 30 Egyptian pounds per US dollar, this guy was charging 200% more for his personal interests. He also tried to lure us to a lunch without telling us the price. After repeated requests he finally said it's $25. Based on our previous experiences with other tours it should not be changed more than $10. I would say the bus driver was professional and we were happy with his service.
