Capri by sea
We were only given 2 hours because we didn't swim or snorkel. We were surprised when the boat returned to dock after only 2 hours. We were never given an explanation or a reason for cutting our trip short. This was very disappointing because we were led to believe that our tour would be 4 hours. I am requesting a refund for the two hours we were not given but had paid for. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to your response.
Response from the operator: In our explanations of the tours it is specified that the tour of the island is 2 hours. It was your choice not to stop in many places on the island to swim or simply sunbathe. To understand the other 2 hours, that is, a total of 4 hours. As agreed with me . There was an immediate refund proposal. By instant bank transfer. And on your part it has always been refused several times. As explained several times it will be the Viator assistant who will give you a refund. Since the payments are not managed by us. And even though we still don't have your tour money in hand. We were willing to refund itself at the end of the round, but with negative feedback from you. I repeat when you have booked in the description of the tour and the whole itinerary is specified. Of our tours. We are very sorry but the decision not to want to stop you nowhere was made by you. We certainly don't finish the tours without To warn.

Such an amazing and relaxing boat tour!
This was such an incredible tour and was made so enjoyable by our captain. The process of getting on and off the boat was seamless, and given he was a Capri native, he was very knowledgeable about the island. He let us jump off, swim and float, relax, listen to music. He provided us with all the necessary items for a great boat day. Could not recommend this more!

Perfect
Marco is an amazing person, an excellent sailor and knows all the points to explain in detail. In addition, it helped me with great dedication to carry out my marriage proposal during the tour, I recommend it without thinking twice!!!

Amazing all around
We had an amazing private boat tour around Capri with Captain Marco! From start to finish, everything was first class. Marco was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the history of the island and point out all the famous landmarks and hidden gems along the coastline. He stopped at several beautiful spots so our family could swim in the crystal-clear water, and he never made us feel rushed. The boat was comfortable, the cold drinks were a nice touch on a warm day, and the entire experience was relaxing and memorable. Traveling with our family, this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Marco made the day enjoyable for both adults and kids, and we couldn’t have asked for a better captain. Thank you, Marco, for an unforgettable day around Capri. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island! 🇮🇹🚤☀️
Response from the operator: You were fantastic and very kind people. See you next year🤞❤️

4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Capri.
How much does 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri cost?
+
Prices start at $533 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Capri usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Capri is not rushed.
Is 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Capri, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Capri can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Capri and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4 Hour Private Boat Tour of Capri start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Capri within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Capri?
+
On Outty we rank every Capri experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group Capri Island Boat Ride with Swimming and Limoncello, Kayak tour in Capri between caves and beaches. Photos included., Private Capri Boat Tour Local Gems and Prosecco Best Seller. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Capri?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Capri?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
