The Perfect Way to Experience Morocco

We had an amazing 4-day trip from Marrakech to Fes with Trips For Morocco, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our time in Morocco. From the beginning, everything was well organized, and we always felt comfortable and looked after. Our driver, Hassan, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He never made us feel rushed and was always happy to stop when we wanted to take photos or enjoy the scenery. He also gave us lots of information about Moroccan culture, history, and everyday life along the way, which made the journey much more interesting. The route itself was beautiful. We crossed the Atlas Mountains, visited Ait Ben Haddou, enjoyed the landscapes around Ouarzazate and the Dades Valley, and then continued towards the Sahara Desert. Spending time in Merzouga was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. The camel ride, sunset in the desert, and evening at the camp were unforgettable experiences. What we appreciated most was the flexibility. Hassan was always patient and willing to adjust things depending on what we wanted to see or how much time we wanted to spend somewhere. The long drives never felt like a problem because there were plenty of interesting stops along the way. We finally arrived in Fes feeling that we had really experienced a different side of Morocco, not just visited the main tourist attractions. A big thank you to Hassan for making the journey so enjoyable and to Trips For Morocco for organizing everything so smoothly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a private trip through Morocco, especially if you want a more personal and authentic experience✨

We had an amazing 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our driver, Mohammed, was professional, friendly, and made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated that the company offered us different accommodation options, allowing us to choose according to our preferences and budget. Unforgettable Honeymoon!! (Marrakech roundtrip)

There are truly too many good things to say in a single review about this tour and our guide, Houssain. My husband and I took this tour on our honeymoon. We’re both very seasoned travelers, and if you’re looking at this trip - you probably are too. Morocco is a truly incredible country, and I can say this tour reawakened a part of my wanderlust and wonder/curiosity that I hadn’t experienced since I was much younger and first started traveling in earnest. Our guide Houssain did that for us. We spent 4 days and 3 nights on a roadtrip with him, and as a native Berber he shared so much of his own culture and history -- it was basically like a 4 day non-stop interview with him about his amazing experiences! We learned such rich knowledge about living in a desert climate and society, how agriculture and community work together, it was all incredibly enlightening and we 100% left better off because of this time with Houssain. (We honestly miss him -- he was really like our friend! <3) The pricing is really intuitive and modular when you first reach out. They show an overview of packages of 3 to 5 star places for each night with a bundled price point for each tier. We researched each hotel, what we wanted for the night, and worked with them to create our perfect honeymoon package which they customized to span a 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotel (in that order) for each night and it was excellent. Night 1, we had a lovely 3-star accommodation in Dades at an authentically-architectured (still new) hotel (although this was the lowest review on our trip, only because of some staff interactions/details there that I would not penalize this tour for -- but overall very nice stay and dinner). Night 2, we spent in the Erg Chebbi desert at a 4-star and this was unforgettable! We plan to return to Morocco for an anniversary and spend several more nights in the desert because of how magical this was (included everything, even dancing around a fire -- but BYOB, FYI). Night 3, we relaxed at a gorgeous 5-star hotel in Ouarzazate before finishing our trip back to Marrakech, where we actually started from. The trips are fully customizable and relaxed -- which is our preference. I think if you like to have a super structured trip, you can ask for this. But we loved feeling like we were just on a road trip with our friend, learning about his country. That was exactly our style. Our favorite moments were the in-betweens on the road trip where we just did spontaneous things. Anyway -- if you’re wondering which company to go for, because there are many, I can strongly recommend this one. We felt really taken care of and fully plan to reach out again in a few years when we return! Thank you, Houssain!
