Morocco desert 2026
With the tour you will visit the best attractions in the region However, there are some slow parts… Furthermore, each visit is punctuated by stops or tours aimed at buying "trinkets" from an artisan and it is extremely awkward. The desert experience is up to par and wonderful even if, once again, the possibility of extracting a few dirhams from you is exploited… you will have to pay to be able to drink even just water with your included dinner Three days are sufficient to visit the must-sees… the extra day (the 4th) just drags things out… The second night in the desert is at a hotel next to the camp. This one is very good considering its location! Do not have any expectations, however, regarding the water pressure! Although everything turns out well each time, the organization seems to be that of 🇲🇦 Be aware that this tour involves several hours of travel which takes place most of the time in vehicles in very good condition and with excellent drivers

Experience of a lifetime
I have a hard time putting into words how much i loved this experience. I'm super satisfied with the 4 day option. Sure, you pay a little more but is not as rushed as the options for less days. Even though you pay more, keep in mind you're getting more accomodation and dinners included in that price. We met a bunch of other people who chose 2 or 3 days, and, in my opinion we had more time to take everything in and relax a little bit. The desert is a lifetime experience but it is also quite a bit tiring. I believe the 4 day tour is not as popular, so we had the luck of being by ourselves up until the tent camp. This made the tour really personal, especially because we had the same guide for the whole thing aswell. Mohcin, our guide, took the tour to another level. It is no exaggeration to say he was one of the best parts of the tour. Super professional, always on time, informative and, above all else, so friendly. He will be your driver and he will be your friend! Thank you Mohcin!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the incredible review! We are delighted that you found the 4-day pace perfect for relaxing and taking in the journey. Mohcin was thrilled to read your kind words, he truly takes pride in giving guests a personal, unforgettable experience. We hope to welcome you back again and wish you safe travels!

Every day is a new adventure
We had a fabulous four day tour and three of those were with Driss, the best driver and guide. He was really fun to be with and very knowledgeable. We learned a ton from him. Highly recommend this tour! You cover a lot of ground but when you break it up over four days, it’s not so bad. And it’s really rewarding to see all these parts of Morocco.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a fabulous four days exploring Morocco. Driss will be delighted to know that his fun energy and knowledge made your trip so memorable. You're so right, breaking the journey up over four days is the best way to soak in all the scenery without feeling rushed! Safe travels on your future adventures, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Great experience but ask for better information and communication up front!
I loved my trip and had great experiences however was shuffled around between 3 different groups coming through on the shorter 2 and 3 day trips, thus as a solo traveler, it was tough, as I would make friends, and then be moved to a new group the next day. If you do this tour, you will have fun and see amazing things and hopeful have an unforgettable trip. Below are feedback for the company and tips for anyone doing this trip to make your experience better! - ask for an itinerary ahead of time. My driver spoke no English and althoughmy Spanish is fair, I often had no clue what the plan was. -expect the tour to not stay on the exact itinerary -lunch stops are after 2pm and are normally a pull off with 1 restaurant, 20 tour buses and a set menu with a set price (or buffet). You will spend 90-130 DHM and no other cheaper option so elect to share a lunch if you want a smaller or cheaper meal - the food was fine/good. - when you get to a “tour”, a local guide will jump on the bus, explain, and take you - not your driver… - all stops/tours are included. If they ask for money or say you have to pay to go inside Ait Bennhadu, tell them no - expect to stay in different places than other people on your bus. On night 1, 15 of us were split between 5 Kasbah/hotels - expect to be shuffled at the Sahara - but don’t be worried! It’s all good/safe! -if you booked the luxury tent, be clear of it when you get to camp. Many of us were assigned to tents that were not luxury (however they were all still very nice) -ask for day 3 vs 4 initerary before you join the day trip (I went to the same town twice and would have rather skipped on day 3 if I knew it was the plan for day 4) - smile, have fun, don’t sweat the small stuff and if your trip/tour doesn’t seem as planned, speak up! The folks are happy to help!! Everyday, a small thing went not according to plan in regard to the tour/expectations but overall, it was a great tour. Don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy the overall big picture. You’re on an amazing Sahara trip! (If you’re picky and particular, I’d recommend a private tour instead of this but if you’re easy going, it’s a great trip and felt like great value for the money. Big shout out to Zaki! Zaki was the best driver and acted like an actual guide! He’s very kind, funny, caring, honest and VERY knowledg and helpful

4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert cost?
+
Prices start at $200 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 96-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4-Days Adventure from Marrakech to Fes via Gorges & Desert start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, From Marrakech To Essaouira Mogador Full Day Trip | Small-group, Agafay Desert Package, Quad Bike, Camel Ride and Dinner Show. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
