    About this experience

“The Trekking of Wonders” a 4-day journey designed to introduce you to the pearls of the Amalfi Coast. Starting from Cava de' Tirreni we will cross the seaside villages of the Amalfi Coast up to Positano. We go from the high mountains to the coast where we can dive into the emerald green waters, which is why we must have a swimsuit and beach towel in our backpack. We will visit the ancient Maritime Republic of Amalfi, the beautiful Atrani, set in the rock like a nativity scene, and again Ravello with its grandiose villas, we will walk the Path of the Lemons from Maiori to Minori, where we will visit fantastic lemon groves, we will walk the Path of the Gods and then down into the famous alleys of Positano, the final destination of this "Walking Adventure" among the towns of the Amalfi Coast, finally, we will rewind the tape backwards reviewing the trekking locations from another perspective, from the ferry, which following the routes marinas between the various ports of the coast will take us back to the starting point, Salerno.

    Amalfi Coast and its wonders

Many thanks to our guide Luigi! We were 19 friends (between 60 and 75 years old 🥳) and with passion, patience , humor, not to mention his professionalism, he made us discover his region . 4 days of varied and unforgettable hiking between sky and sea. He took so much care of us that we were sad to leave him. He has a lot of stories and anecdotes to tell along the way in relation to the chosen trail. We have not seen the past time!! An Unforgettable Memory, a Friendly Mood I recommend this guide LUIGI 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Response from the operator: Merci pour votre dévouement lors de nos excursions. J'étais triste de vous dire au revoir, mais j'espère vous revoir bientôt dans mon pays natal.

    A guide 5 🌟!

We were a group of 19 girls (!) and were lucky enough to have Luigi as a guide along the trails of the Amalfi Coast. Luigi shares her love and cultural knowledge of the region, with enthusiasm and humor. He is also attentive to the group, attentive to the needs and adapts his hikes to the physical possibilities of his clients. The “buds” and meetings are not left out... Never heavy, always in a good mood, it is a pleasure to hike with him.

Response from the operator: Grâce à vous, je suis heureuse que vous ayez apprécié mon engagement à vous faire du bien.

    Wonderful trekking!

Together with my daughter I tried trekking in costa.esperienza more than excellent, I would say fantastic! Not only for what we have seen and the excellent organization, professional and cared for, but, above all, for the immeasurable courtesy and helpfulness of Luigi, who define guide or companion is certainly more than simplistic. He is careful not only to propose paths out of the obvious, but also to stay close to the difficulties of his walking companions discreetly and to create harmony in the group. Honest the cost and excellent locations of the facilities to stay.

How much does 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast cost?

    +

Prices start at $1480 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Salerno usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast take?

    +

Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Salerno is not rushed.

Is 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Salerno, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Salerno can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Salerno and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 4-day walking tour on the Amalfi Coast start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Salerno within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Salerno?

    +

On Outty we rank every Salerno experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Amalfi Coast Experience from Sorrento, Naples or Salerno, Small-Group Amalfi Coast Day Cruise from Positano, Amalfi Coast Boat tour Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Salerno?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Salerno?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
