Amazing Trip to Sahara with Moe
Our 3-night, 4-day Sahara tour from Marrakech with Moe and Comfort Travel Morocco was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was handled with great care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making our experience unforgettable. Moe was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and effortlessly funny. Spending four days on the road could have been tiring, but he made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations. He is an incredibly skilled and cautious driver, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the trip. What truly set this experience apart was how attentive Moe was to our needs. He always kept our preferences at the forefront, ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The places we visited were absolutely breathtaking, and each stop felt thoughtfully chosen. A special highlight—if you’re from India, Moe’s Bollywood knowledge (especially his love for Shah Rukh Khan!) adds an extra layer of fun and connection to the trip. A special mention as well to Adil, who immensely helped us with a last-minute hotel booking. The arrangements were superb and truly elevated our overall experience. Overall, this was a memorable and enriching experience for me and my family. We highly recommend Comfort Travel Morocco and especially Moe for anyone looking to explore the Sahara in a meaningful and enjoyable way.

Outstanding 4 days…. Don’t miss this!
Amazing experience! Cannot recommend this tour highly enough enough! Muhammad was our guide and took us to so many places we’d have never known about. We met a wonderful man who owned a carpet shop and taught us all about Moroccan carpets and the Berber trade. We learned all about rose water and rose oil from another family along the way and got to see how they craft Argan oil and bought some products after learning about them and sampling them. We saw the beautiful Dades gorge, took a fantastic tour of an ancient casbah in Ourzazate, toured Atkas movie studios and saw how they made gladiator 1&2, Ckeopatra, the Mummy, prince of Oersua and many more. Our accommodations were in wonderful Riads with famiky atmospheres. Last, but certainly not least, we went to the edge of civilization in Merzouga and got on camels where we rode into the desert and spent the night glamping in a luxurious tent in the Sahara where we were treated to hot showers, delicious food and a drum show around a bonfire in the Sahara. What an experience! Mohammed took great care of us… the vehicle was a spotless Mercedes 8- person van (there were only 4 of us plus Muhammad). I’m so glad we had this experience! Morocco is truly a land of enchantment with dramatic scenes both in the countryside and within Marrakech. The people are delightful….full of hot and hospitality. I felt safer there than I do in the US. I’ll definitely go back and take another tour with this company!

Unforgettable Morocco visit
Our family (3 of us) had the great pleasure of a Comfort Travel trip to the Moroccan desert. Everything was organized perfectly and Mo picked us up in his beautiful car and took us on an unforgettable 4 day adventure. I know that Mo and Comfort Travel don't need anymore great reviews, they have plenty of them but everything was organized well in advance of us arriving in Morocco. Our itinerary was laid out for us and the great communication in advance made us feel very comfortable and we were at ease about where we were going where we would stay and a little bit about what to expect. There is no easy way to get to the desert. There is a lot of driving necessary, so initially we thought 4 days might be too much, but it turned out to be the perfect number of days to split up the drive, see all of the sites, experience the food and accommodations, with the highlight being the camel ride through the dunes and overnight stay at the camp. The trip is really well designed to see some of the key sites along the way both going and returning and we really enjoyed the time as a family and talking to Mo who happens to be a great conversationalist. If you want to have an extraordinary trip to Morocco and soak up the sites, scenery, food and full desert experience, we highly recommend Comfort Travel to manage your tour.

The highlight of our honeymoon!!
Mouad was brilliant! This was the best tour we’ve ever done. We were on our honeymoon & Mo really lived to everything being comfortable & luxurious. We have never received such care and safety. It’s as if we were royalty. He is very knowledgeable, honest, & clever. We will definitely be back. We have fallen in love with Morocco and it’s all thanks to Mo. We also really appreciate Adil, he organised everything and sent our itinerary early on so we can look up the hotels they’ve booked and he took on any requirements we had. The communication was excellent! Honestly, these people are the absolute best.

Great Moroccan experience
Really enjoyable trip. Yassine was a super guide and driver. He was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The car was a new merc, very comfortable. The hotels and camps were lovely choices and the dinners included were delicious! A really good way to see some of Morocco's highlights and try local cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the night in the Sahara.

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations cost?
+
Prices start at $858 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 96-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Marrakech: 1 Day Tour-Best of Atlas Mountains and Three Valleys, 3 Days Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech with Luxury Camp, Marrakech: Atlas Mountains, Ourika Valley, Waterfall + Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in 4-Day Private Sahara Desert Tour: 3 to 5 star accommodations?
