Great itinerary but room for improvement
The itinerary was great but was not flexible enough for a private tour. They did not try to switch the days around to accommodate a better sunrise or sunset experience at Angkor Wat which would have been a highlight of the trip but missed both due to weather on day 1 and morning of day 2. The guide was knowledgeable but did not readily offer up information about the temples and carvings. I felt that I needed to ask many questions to get an understanding. I saw that other guides were pointing out details and providing very informative and interesting facts and stories of the temples. I felt that the guide was more interested in telling me about his background.
Response from the operator: Dear Ms. Cathy, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate the time you took to write a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that you felt the overall itinerary was great and that our guide was knowledgeable. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the experience did not meet your expectations—especially regarding the lack of flexibility for a private tour and the missed opportunities for the sunrise/sunset highlight at Angkor Wat due to weather. We understand how important timing and the right viewing moments are, and we regret that we couldn’t adjust the schedule in the way you hoped. We also appreciate your comments about the guiding style. We understand your concern that temple information and stories were not shared as readily as it could have been, and that you had to ask many questions to better understand the temples and carvings. This is not the kind of service we want our guests to receive, and your feedback will help us improve how we brief and guide in future tours. If you’re comfortable, please contact us with your booking details so Ms. Jessica and our team can review your tour dates and ensure we address the points you raised properly. Warm regards, Ms. Jessica | Guest Relations Manager

Beyond expectations!
We had an amazing time in Siem Reap—thank you, Breksa Travel! Everything was well organized from arrival to departure. We loved Cambodia, its people, and its history. Our guide, Veasna, was knowledgeable and easy to understand, and the itinerary was fun and well planned. The Borei Angkor Resort was wonderful, with great service and breakfast. The small touches, like cold water and lemongrass-scented towels, made it feel extra special.

Unforgettable days in Cambodia
We chooses this 4-days trip because we wanted to see as much as possible. We made a good choose. Our guide was Mr. August, who made the visit of the temples amazing. He choosed the best time for visiting the temples in order to have the best view and with less of tourists. He gave us a information about to temples and also time for explore by ourselves. This was a very good way to give us time and to give us knowledge about the Cambodian and temples history. Thank you Mr. August, we made the visit of all places unforgettable. Ms Phanne is the best tour guide I’ve ever had
Ms Phanne is, without a doubt, the best tour guide I have ever had. She was informative, knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. She has a sense of how much information you want and delivers just the right amount. I ask a lot of questions and her level of knowledge is amazing. While at other times she let us all just enjoy the details of each palace, carving, ruin or natural wonder. My teenage daughters also thought she was excellent and she ensured they were interested and engaged across many different locations. Four days is a big investment to make, and Ms Phanne ensured that our tour with her was a truly enriching and extraordinary experience. Arkoun Phanne! Thank you for your excellent work!
Response from the operator: Dear Paolo, Thank you so much for your kind words about Ms. Phanne! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience during your tour. It’s wonderful to know that her knowledge and attentive approach resonated with you and your daughters. At ASEAN ANGKOR GUIDE, we strive to provide enriching experiences, and it’s clear that Ms. Phanne succeeded in making your four days memorable. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your praises with her. Thank you once again for choosing us for your adventure! Warm regards, Mrs. Sokoutha Snguon Guest Relations Manager

A truly amazing and unforgettable visit to Siem Reap and the treasures of Angkor Wat.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the ASEAN Angkor company. A friend and I booked a 4 day excursion to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples and sights. From the minute I reached out to the company I was contacted immediately responding to any questions I had. My contact, Raksur (Mr Richard) was so helpful in every respect, not only booking our 4-day Angkor Wat excursion but booking my hotel, restaurant reservations and Phare the Cambodian Circus (not to be missed!). Anything I asked of him was met with a prompt response. He even met us at the hotel when we checked in to make sure everything went well. As for the 4 day excursion around Angkor Wat and other temples and sights, we had an amazing guide. Seila was the ultimate guide, sharing his great knowledge, enthusiasm and love of his country with us. He was truly a joy to be with. He filled our days with amazing sights and experiences (and foods!!) while sharing his vast knowledge of the temples and his country’s history with us…all with endless enthusiasm, humor, kindness and warmth…and flexibility. It was an unforgettable 4 days that I will always cherish. Do not hesitate to book any excursion with this company…you will not regret it.

4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.
How much does 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls cost?
+
Prices start at $120 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.
Is 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 83 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 88 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 96-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls?
+
Around 31 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4-Day Excursion of Angkor, Koh Ker, Beng Mealea, Tonle Sap and Waterfalls start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?
+
On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Small-Group and Guide tours, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Siem Reap?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
