Great 3-Day Desert Tour

We loved our 3-day desert tour! Our guide, Mohammed, was incredibly knowledgeable, translated between Arabic and English quickly and with patience, navigated sans map without issue, and consistently checked in with us about the itinerary and if we wanted to add or skip something. The Sahara was so cool and the camp acomodations and service were excellent. The camel ride, while short, was a lot of fun.

Unforgettable Desert Road Trip

We had a great tour with Ali our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He made sure we saw what we wanted to see and kept the tour moving along. I would recommend doing the luxury upgrade. You won't be disappointed. Our dinner alone for the second night was well worth the price of admission. For the desert tour, swap one of the camel rides for the 4x4s. It was a worth while upgrade. The only downside was the tour company wasn't the best at quick communication via email. This resulted in a lot of running around while on the tour to make sure we had enough cash to pay our remaining balance. Because we had upgraded a few items, even though we had reached out several times to know what we owed, we didn't find or the final total until we were already in Morocco. All in all, a fabulous experience. Coming from 4 well travelled Canadians.

Unforgettable Trip to a Wonderful Country!

My friends and I booked a desert tour through Trips to Morocco starting from Marrakech and ending in Fes. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had! Our driver Mustapha was so patient and accommodating throughout the whole trip. He was very professional and nice and felt like family by the end of the trip. We made several stops taking in beautiful landscapes and exploring a historical Kasbah (many films and shows were shot here). Riding camels through the Sahara desert and seeing the night sky is an experience I will never forget. We even ended up extending our trip in Fes a few days to explore the city. I highly recommend Trips to Morocco!

3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fez.

How much does 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech cost?

+

Prices start at $367 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fez usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech take?

+

Plan for about 15 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Fez is not rushed.

Is 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fez, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 15-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech?

+

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fez can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fez and add a light layer if any part of the 15-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3days -Morocco Désert Tours Start in Fez and end in Marrakech start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fez within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Fez?

+

On Outty we rank every Fez experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Day Trip to Chefchaouen from Fez ( instagram /Photos ), 3-Days Desert Tour From Fes to Marrakech via Merzouga, 3 Days 2 Nights Desert Tour from Fes to Marrakech via erg Chebbi. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Fez?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Fez?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
