    The experience once we...

The experience once we arrived to the location for the Observation Deck Sip & View. Everything was nice. Concerns before we arrived: It would help tremendously if VIATOR could provide major landmarks nearby the location of the booked tour. For Example: The Cheesecake Factory (widely known establishment) was near the Observation deck. This would have narrowed it down more to where the meeting place was. It was very frustrating for us to find, although we were using the GPS while we walked to the Observation Deck. Even the GPS did not give clear directions for this particular event location.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Mary! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience at 360 CHICAGO and that everything was nice once you arrived. We truly appreciate you choosing to visit us and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again in the future!

You have to pay an additional $15 each for the 360 thing. Ripoff! And the Margarita was really terrible

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback, Darlene. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with TILT and your Margarita left you feeling disappointed. We understand that TILT is not for everyone, which is why the experience is completely optional. We encourage guests to watch TILT in action before purchasing tickets so they can decide if it’s an experience they would enjoy adding to their visit. We’re also concerned to hear that your Margarita did not meet your expectations. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team, as we want every part of our guests’ experience to be enjoyable. We hope you’ll consider visiting us again and giving us another opportunity to provide you with a great experience.

    Spectacular

Defenetly one of the most beautiful places in Chicago. It is spectacular. The atmosphere is great, the bar is awesome, everything is clean and I was blessed to have a beautiful day with the most beautiful views. It is a wonderful experience. Recommended.

Response from the operator: Hello, thank you for the five-star review of 360 CHICAGO! We are ecstatic that you had an awesome time with us at the bar and around the observation deck. We hope you were able to take in the views from all 360 degrees, and we hope you can come back soon!

    Aside from the view, awful

So the view and the staff were amazing, but it was really not how it was portrayed. It was dirty. There wasn’t enough seating it smelled badly. I was expecting a lovely sunset cocktail looking out the window maybe some nice music… Instead, there were children running around everything was dirty. I would not go back, not worth it rushed out of a lovely five star dinner to get there in time. What a waste of time.

Response from the operator: Hello Lynn, thank you for the review of 360 CHICAGO. We can assure you our custodians do the best job of maintaining a clean space for our guests. The smell was probably because of the rain that we had received on Monday. Our observation deck is family-friendly. We hope you were able to take in the views of the Chicago Skyline and Lake Michigan. Thank you for visiting us, and we hope you can come back soon!

    Disappointed

It’s morning to do. There were closed areas and the Tilt experience is a super long wait. My time was 2pm and they weren’t open until 5. Not much to do but look out the window. Then the picture they took for us that you have to buy wasn’t even properly centered. It was a waste of time and I regret coming.

Response from the operator: Hello Samiya, thank you for the review of 360 CHICAGO. We are so sorry that you had this experience with us. There was most likely an event taking place that resulted in the blocked-off areas and the closed TILT time. I hope you were able to take in all of the views, and if you would like to provide additional insight on your visit, please send an email to info@360chicago.com. Thank you for visiting us, and we hope you can come back soon!

360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chicago.

How much does 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket cost?

    +

Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chicago usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chicago is not rushed.

Is 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 110 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chicago, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket?

    +

Around 39 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chicago can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chicago and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 360 Chicago Observation Deck Sip and View Ticket start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chicago within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Chicago?

    +

Chicago's signature experience is still the architecture boat cruise, and the difference between the docent-led originals and the party-boat imitators is the single biggest quality gap in the city. Beyond the river: gangster history walks, Art Institute access, deep-dish and hot-dog crawls, and skydeck timed entry. Outty Ranking leans on guide credentials and how consistently the promised route runs. On Outty we rank every Chicago experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Original Chicago Architecture Interiors Tour: Dazzling Interiors, Chicago Murder Mystery Tour, Chicago Favorites Ultimate Food and Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Chicago?

    +

May to October. Winter cruises stop running when the river ices. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Chicago?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
