Amazing time in the desert - from Fez to Marrakesh

We took a private 4-day tour with Quiet Merzouga Desert from Fez to Marrakesh. It was amazing in every way! First, Ahmed is very easy to talk to - he responds quickly, makes great suggestions on the things to see along the way, and he really knows the country! He planned out the whole four days to perfection. We had a very safe smooth and knowledgeable driver who took us from Fez through the mountains all the way to the desert. Merzouga is amazing in every way - such great colors, such stillness, so different! We stayed in two glam desert camps with comfortable beds. Ahmed took us around the desert, we saw old kohl mines, an amazing oasis, nomad villages, too many things to count. We had a camel ride and a fantastic quad riding time that Ahmed arranged. If you had a chance to go, please go, it's a trip of a lifetime. On the way to Marrakesh we saw the Todra gorge, toured a beautiful old Kasbah Amridil and stayed in a very cool compound hotel. I highly recommend Ahmed and his company. He's the best!

Response from the operator: Hello Nadya family, Thank you for your wonderful visit in Morocco and into the desert! Thank you also for the wonderful review about your time during the trip. Our objective always is the satisfaction of our clients. Our happiness become a doble when our guests feels happy! Thank you for your visit and until next time. Best regards Ahmed

3-day tour across Morocco

We started our tour from Fes, passing through beautiful landscapes such as Afrou, Ifrane and Ziz Valley. Once arrived in Merzouga, we rode camels to the desert camp and looked at the sunset from the dunes. The camp has everything you need and it is typical, with live Berber music after dinner (however, the camp is quite basic, but you can choose different luxury camps if you want, it depends on what you are looking for). The following day, we looked at the sunrise and then continued to Todra Gorges, Dades Valley and Skoura Oasis, visiting a stunning ancient Kasbah. After that, we slept in Ouarzazate in a beautiful hotel of our choice. On the last day, we visited the “Ouarzawood” studios in Ouarzazate and the village of Ait Ben Haddou, where several movies such as “the Gladiator” were filmed, and then we arrived in the evening in Marakech. Our driver, Said, who spoke fluently English, French and Arabic, was extremely experienced and a very pleasant company; he accompanied us to eat in truly local Moroccan places and gave us a lot of advices. He drove us through amazing landscapes in the Middle and High Atlas, answering to all our questions about society and history. The whole tour was very well organized and Ahmed was very flexible to accommodate to our requests. I would advise “Quiet Merzouga” to anyone interested to have a “tailor - made” private trip across Morocco.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much Giulia! Thank you for the great review about your time with us, we appreciate it a lot, we will be happy always to welcome people from all around the world to experience the life in Morocco, Our team always do the best to make the travelers satisfied, the more good we do the more good we receive, especially receiving good people :) Thank you very much Best regards Said
