History and culture of Bari and Puglia.
We had a great time both in Vito's beautiful little apartment and in the tours, which were very interesting and professional as well as historical.

Six Days in Puglia
What started out as a 3-day tour with 2 nights' accommodation ended up being 6 days with pick up and drop off at the airport. I spent the first 3 days of the tour with Vito as my guide. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I visited Bari Old Town, Giovinazzo, Monopoly, Polignano a Mare, Monoply, Ostuni, Matera and Alberobello. Vito specializes in small group tours and speaks many languages. He makes the tours fun and interesting as he is very passionate about the Puglia region. My accommodation was www.mediterraneumguesthouse.it, an apartment that was perfect for me. It was located within walking distance to the Old Town of Bari. There was a supermarket close by, pizzerias and bars. I emersed myself in the local area truly felt like a local by the end of my stay. Vito suggested other areas of interest that I could visit on my own. I took the train to Lecce and a bus to Martina Franca. I spent a day at the beach Pane e Pomodoro. On the to the beach, I happened to come across the 80Th celebrations of the Italian Republic on 2nd June. Of course, I had to taste the many gelato flavours, orecchiette pasta and the many pastries. I loved my stay in Bari.
Response from the operator: Hi dear! For me was a great pleasure to host you at mediterraneum guest house Bari and to tour you all araund Puglia! I'm so happy to hear your enjoyment about BARI! Many thanks :-) Vito Maurogiovanni Puglia tour guide services

Got to visit some interesting areas of Puglia.
Vito is a very knowledgeable tour guide. The locations for the tour were not as described in his listing as he made changes so that I did not visit all of the places listed but other places. The small accommodation is adequate but was a bit difficult for me as a single woman as I did not want to walk to the busy areas alone at night.
Response from the operator: the location is the one described in the tour! the places visited were the ones described in the tour plus 2 more (offered to you for free)

Hermosa Bari
Vito is an excellent and very entertaining guide with a deep knowledge of Puglia. The accommodation we were given was a room with a bathroom, both tastefully decorated and in an excellent location, next to the Church of San Nicolás. The delicious Italian-style breakfast is served at the bar across the street. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, and electric coffee maker with complimentary water, tea bags, and coffee capsules.

Maravillosa Puglia
It was a wonderful 3 days touring Puglia based in Bari. Vito is a very entertaining guide with a wealth of knowledge about the history of Puglia and the places we visited; he's very professional. He speaks several languages, our tour was in Spanish. The accommodation is beautiful and has an excellent location next to St. Nicholas Church in the Old Town. I do not recommend taking the tour in summer as the heat is extreme.

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bari.
How much does 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation cost?
+
Prices start at $379 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bari usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bari is not rushed.
Is 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Bari, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bari can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bari and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 Days Puglia Tour with Accommodation start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bari within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bari?
+
On Outty we rank every Bari experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bari’s Ultimate Street Food Tour - Small Group by Do Eat Better, Boat Tour of the Polignano a Mare Coast with Aperitif, Bari Vecchia Group Tour in Italian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bari?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bari?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
