Highly recommended tour of a stunning area of Italy
Fabulous tour. Loved that we got to stay in one central spot and do day trips rather than moving all of the time. Great mix of sightseeing and experiences such as cheese making, olive oil tasting, cooking classes etc. Fantastic accommodation, awesome tour manager, amazing food and wine (and limoncello). Highly recommended
Response from the operator: Ciao Karena, Thank you for your kind words and always happy to hear you had such a wonderful time with us in Puglia. x

Sunny Puglia
Monique put together an excellent itinerary, and with our energetic and entertaining guide, Giuseppe, we had a wonderful time exploring Puglia. I would highly recommend travelling during the shoulder season, as the region can become very crowded in the summer months. The tour was well paced, allowing plenty of free time to shop, wander, and explore independently. Highlights included the cooking classes, the visit to the olive grove, and seeing traditional mozzarella being made. This tour is especially well suited for couples looking for a relaxed and memorable experience.Monique created a great itinerary and with the animated guide, Guiseppe, we had a fabulous time in Puglia. Definitely go in the shoulder season as the crowds will be very large in the summer. The tour is paced so that everyone has time to shop or explore on their own. Loved the cooking classes and the trips to the olive grove and mozzarella making. Best for couples.
Response from the operator: Grazie Mille Brenda! It was great getting to know you both and so glad you had such a wonderful time.

Absolutely Fantastic – Highly Recommend Travel Puglia!
Our experience with Travel Puglia was exceptional right from the very beginning. Monique, the owner, was fantastic pre-trip; she was so attentive and lovely, responding to all of our emails quickly and addressing every single question or concern we had before we even left home. When we arrived, Monique, Giuseppe, and the staff gave us such a warm welcome. Monique sat down with us and gave us a wonderful rundown of the itinerary, which set the perfect tone for the rest of the trip. Once the tour started, the organization remained completely top-notch. We spent most of our time with our guide, Giuseppe, who was absolutely incredible. He was so informative—we learned so much on every single well-planned tour—and he was always ready to help with any request or resolve any concern with a smile. A shout-out to Lorenzo, our driver! He made all of our transfers completely seamless and smooth, while keeping things fun with his wonderfully Italian charm. He turned every drive into a wonderful experience. The itinerary perfectly balanced the region's iconic towns—from the fairytale trulli of Alberobello and the winding white alleys of Ostuni to the breathtaking coastal views of Polignano a Mare. Staying at a traditional masseria surrounded by the beautiful countryside was an unforgettable experience. The absolute highlight for us, though, was the food and the fun, lively atmosphere at the restaurants. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the hospitality was so genuinely warm that we truly felt like we were part of the family. The owners and workers at the masseria where we stayed were kind, thoughtful, and excellent hosts (and as a delightful bonus, we absolutely loved the resident cats!). Everything Travel Puglia organized was completely perfect. They considered all of our needs and added so many thoughtful, personal touches that made for a deeply memorable trip. We highly recommend them!
Response from the operator: Rita! Grazie Mille!! We are so happy you had such a wonderful time, as did we getting to know you all. We will pass on your kind words to all of our team and hope to see you in Puglia again soon. GRAZIE

Sites and Sounds of Puglia.
From the moment I arrived in Bari where I was picked up and driven to the Masseria which is a traditional farm house I knew this trip was going to be special. And so it was. Every day we were driven to the surrounding cities and had our own local guide to show us around and explain the area and important monuments etc. we visited Ostuni which is known as la citta Bianca acknowledging its whitewashed buildings and unique architecture. By the time we finished the 7 days of exploration eating and drinking we felt we had captured the essence of Puglia even if only in a short visit. Monique and Giuseppe our two hosts couldn’t do enough for us and explained everything that we wished to know. I’m sure everyone who goes on this tour feels exactly the same as I do and can’t recommend Travel Puglia enough.
Response from the operator: Carole, Grazie! So happy to hear you enjoyed your time with us, we had a wonderful time showing you the beauty of Puglia.

Why this scores 70
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bari.
How much does 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy cost?
+
Prices start at $4000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bari usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bari is not rushed.
Is 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Bari, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bari can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bari and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 8-Day Five Senses of Puglia Tour in Italy start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bari within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bari?
+
On Outty we rank every Bari experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bari’s Ultimate Street Food Tour - Small Group by Do Eat Better, Boat Tour of the Polignano a Mare Coast with Aperitif, Bari Vecchia Group Tour in Italian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bari?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bari?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
