This 3-day Uganda Gorilla safari, will take you for Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which covers an area of 321 sq km and is among the oldest forests lasting over 25,000 years. You will be able to trek one of the 12 habituated mountain gorilla groups. Besides the Gorillas, you will also have an opportunity to see other primates such as the red-tailed monkeys, chimpanzees, baboons, and black and white colobus monkeys among others. This forest is also home to 120 mammals, 51 reptiles, 310 butterfly species, 27 species of frogs, geckos, chameleons, 163 tree species, 104 fern species, 1000 flowering plants, as well as over 350 species of birds such as the hornbills and the Turacos! Gorilla trekking takes around 2 to 8 hours, which is worth it as those into hiking will have a great time climbing up and about the rolling hills, and going through the lush vegetation.

Adventure and connection
An unforgettable experience. The accommodation and transportation was stunning and food was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly as well as catered to all our needs. The trip itself was amazing and I got to see a large variety of different birds, animals and had a once in a lifetime experiencing moving and interacting with Gorillas as well as seeing the National Parks with beautiful scenery.

Up close with the Gorillas of Uganda
The trip was everything I hoped for and I am so glad I did it. Vibrant took care of me every step of the way. I stayed at the Gorilla Luxury Lodge, which was wonderful. The staff were so help, they even had clogs for me to wear while they cleaned my shoes. I spent a wonderful hour with a family (silverback, mom, toddler, and three babies) of gorillas and because of the briefing I received from Peter my Vibrant guide, I was ready for everything while trekking. I can highly recommend Vibrant.

I would like to start with the people working there. Joel the Cook is a perfectionist he would feel right at home at any 5 star restaurant in the world. Joseph is an incredible server big warm smile with attention to detail. Brought my Whiskey sour immediately after I sat down. Andrew my guide and driver gets my personal attention we spent many days together in the land cruiser he is a quiet professional always took care of my well-being. Andrew is a highly skilled off road driver we were in four wheel drive in the mud and we never got stuck. He could easily be a professional race car driver or off road race anywhere. Perfect experience
Amazing experience, Staff perfectly organized, resort was wonderful, especially the rooms and food. Trek was challenging but not impossible. The staff worked seamlessly with Ugandan staff at Bwindi Park for a great experience. High quality at Western levels all the way through.
