Don't miss it!
Great experience and well organized. Of course, you have to have a bit of adaptive spirit (all the hotels on the route don’t shine in order and cleanliness) but the vision of the desert compensates for the fatigue of the journey. Our driver, Jamel, is fantastic: always available, kind but also great as a driver! Overnight in the desert in a luxury tent, with private bathroom, is highly recommended. Be careful when you arrive at the Air Ben Haddou website, because the guides are dishonest and ask for the money of the entrance fee: you do not have to pay because the entrance is already included in the price of the trip! We informed the agency, which promptly refunded us.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for sharing your detailed experience. We are truly pleased to hear that you enjoyed the desert trip and that the organization met your expectations. Jamel will be very happy to read your kind words—his availability and professionalism are a great asset to us. Thank you also for highlighting the situation at the Ait Ben Haddou site. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us better inform future travelers. We are glad we were able to promptly issue the refund. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again for another unforgettable experience.

Sunset Camel Ride
Our guide and the driver was very helpful, resourceful and enthusiastic. The drive through the Atlas Mountains was very scenic with amazing geography. The camel rides during sunset and sunrise were fun and unique experiences. The things that could be better: 1) The hotel we stayed the first night was not good with stained bed sheets. 2) Our hotel at the return was outside Marrakesh. The driver demanded $20 Euro extra as we got off without any prior notification and despite the fact that he dropped another couple 5 mins from our hotel. I did not appreciate that. I thought it was dishonest.
Response from the operator: hank you very much for your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the guide, the driver, the scenic drive through the Atlas Mountains, and the camel rides at sunrise and sunset. Your positive remarks about these experiences are greatly appreciated. We also sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the hotels and any misunderstanding regarding the drop-off fee. We take your comments seriously and will review them with our team to ensure better clarity and service for future guests. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to welcome you back to Morocco for another memorable trip.

Excellent
Amazing trip, huge experience in the Merzouga desert. Totally recommending especially the premium option The only problem is the amount of hours in the bus

The trip was really Good, and the group was really friendly, otherwise we lost so much time in the way to the desert we had to do the camel excursión in the complete dark. About the guide and the driver, they were very friendly and paid attencion to all of our requests, however we feel like the iformation of the places we visited was a bit poor.

Amazing trip with Khalid
We went on a trip from Marakech to Fes and I cannot say enough about how amazing it was. It was made even better by the driver Khalid. He did everything to make us comfortable and happy. We stopped at some beautiful places for pictures plus coffee, snacks and he even had wifi! He was so friendly and all smiles. We stopped in a hotel near the gorges the first night which had really hot water and comfortable beds - the two most important things when traveling. Then we went to the Sahara where we rode camels and slept in a tent. The food there was great and there were plenty of blankets to stay warm. Then we head to Fez to our hotel. I work in travel and this was a great trip.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your honest feedback , we are happy to hear that our service did met your expectations . Thank you again for your full description that will help other passengers to have an idea about this trip . we look forward to welcome you again to Morocco....

3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride cost?
+
Prices start at $98 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 Days Luxury Camp in Merzouga with Camel Ride start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, From Marrakech To Essaouira Mogador Full Day Trip | Small-group, Agafay Desert Package, Quad Bike, Camel Ride and Dinner Show. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
