Terrific tour guide Luis
Look no further for the best tour guide for Quito and the Amazon Basin with an Huaorani encounter. Luis and Gaby created the perfect tour for our Friendship Force group of 22 from across the USA, Great Britain and Australia. The accommodations were excellent to superior. Our group was impressed with the staff at each of the accommodations we stayed. The one that stands out from the rest is Patio Andulaz in Old town Quito that was gorgeous, romantic, historical and convenient. Luis, our tour director, was one of the best I have ever worked with. His knowledge and personality stood out and our entire group loved him as well as the professional superb driver, Emilio who was also personal and a gentleman. Because of the efforts of Gaby, Luis and Emilio we fell in love with Ecuador. The tour vehicle we had the entire time was excellent, clean and comfortable. Each seat had a charger for our electronics that was a huge help. The Amazon Basin with meeting the a Huaorani indigenous people is a memory that will never go away from our hearts and minds. Amazing how our group could relate to the tribe and we would win each other’s hearts. The hiking trek to get to the tribe is not for the weak, anyone with physical impairments or who lacks endurance. We will be talking about this and writing about it the rest of our lives. Gaby of Suviatour was our contact person who I worked for a full year to create our fantastic journey that covered Bogota, Quito, Galapagos and the Amazon. She even made all the air arrangements and transfers between our places in South America. Her English skills are terrific in speaking and writing. Luis also has above average English speaking skills and was easily understood. No one should hesitate in using EBT and Suvistour. You will have an adventure of a lifetime.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Quito.
How much does 3-Days Layover Stay in Quito cost?

How long does 3-Days Layover Stay in Quito take?
+

Is 3-Days Layover Stay in Quito worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Quito, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3-Days Layover Stay in Quito?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 3-Days Layover Stay in Quito suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3-Days Layover Stay in Quito?
+
Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Quito can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Quito and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Quito?
+
On Outty we rank every Quito experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cotopaxi tour from Quito -horseback ride and hike-NO TOURISTY way, Baños Full Day Tour from Quito Including Entrances and Activities, Gastronomic and Cultural Walking Tour of Quito with Tastings. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Quito?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Quito?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
