Unforgettable trip to Serengeti with African Diurnal Safari

It was a fantastic trip especially with my escort driver. He’s very patient and makes sure I see what I want. It interesting see these wild animals in their own habitat. I was able to see big 3 out of the big 3; Elephants, lion and buffalo. I saw cheetah too so that will replace my leopard, unfortunately I couldn’t see Rhino. There were numerous animals at Serengati aside the big 5.

Response from the operator: Thank you, Dzigbordi, for sharing your vibrant experience with us. We're glad you had the opportunity to witness such incredible wildlife and enjoyed exploring Serengeti. We strive to make every journey memorable for our guests.

Best safari experience ever with the best team!

We had a 3 day safari that included Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater from Mwanza Tanzania straight to Kilimanjaro Airport. We stayed at Serena lodges, it was great and the staffs was very kind and helpful in all of them. The highlight of our experience was our guide Lameck, he was always offering great information about the places, he was very cool and kind. We were very lucky to spot all the big five animals as well as great migration in Serengeti. Thanks Lameck for this amazing experience! I would highly recommend African Diurnal Safaris!

Truly Once in a life lifetime experience

Our Safari experience with African Diurnal Safaris was absolutely amazing! We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and stayed at great accommodations. We saw more wildlife that we could have ever dreamt of, including the big five. This trip was truly once in a lifetime experience and it would have not been the same without our incredible guide Samson, he was very patient and helpful. He knows a lot about Tanzania wildlife and culture. He was always happy to share his knowledge and answer our questions. This was one of the best trips in our lives. we highly recommend African Diurnal Safaris to anyone looking for Tanzania safaris to use this company!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

We had our safari from 9th to 11th of August 2021. Everything happened as promised and planned. We were very pleased to have a experienced and nice guide, who taught and told us a lot of nature of Serengeti and took very giod care of us. He was also a very good driver, which made the trip very convienent. We stayed at Taj rest house, which was great. Rooms were very tidy and beds comfortable. Food at the lodge was tasty and lunchboxes good. Finally I would like to say, that we very lucky to see so many animals. We would very much recommend this company to serve you a great Serengeti safari!

3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Moshi.

How much does 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha cost?

+

Prices start at $700 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moshi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha take?

+

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Moshi is not rushed.

Is 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Moshi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moshi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moshi and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3 Days Exploring Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moshi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Moshi?

+

On Outty we rank every Moshi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Tour and Picnic Hot Lunch, Climbing Kilimanjaro through 7 days Machame Route, Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Moshi?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Moshi?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
