About this experience
This three-day, guided tour brings you face to face with the stunning desert landscape of Morocco and gives you the chance to learn more about this country's history and culture. Having driven out of Marrakech on the first day of this trip, you will then head for the High Atlas Mountains en route to Boumalne Dades. Visit the famous kasbah (fortress) of Ait Benhaddou along the way. Up next on the itinerary are the dunes of Merzouga. Take a camel for a ride through the desert before heading for your camp. See sunrise over the desert before heading back to the final destination. We will drive you back to Marrakech via Tazarin and Draa Valley at the end of this trip.

The Dream of a Lifetime Turned into the Most Disappointing Experience Ever with Bekben Luxury Travel in Morocco
Our transportation for this trip was handled by Bekben Luxury Travel, and the experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and far from what would reasonably qualify as “luxury.” Upon pickup, we were instructed to walk approximately 15 minutes from our hotel to reach the vehicle - that set the tone for a poor start to begin with. The van that arrived was unmarked, with no visible company branding, licensing information, or contact details displayed. For a company operating as a transportation provider, this raised immediate and unsafe concerns. The vehicle itself was not clean and lacked even the most basic amenities one would expect from a premium service — including bottled water. Throughout the journey to the Sahara Desert and onward, the driving was aggressive and alarming. The driver consistently sped, cut off other vehicles, passed cars unsafely, and repeatedly flashed lights at oncoming traffic. At one point, he was pulled over by police, resulting in approximately a 30-minute delay while he negotiated a ticket related to operating the vehicle as an unmarked transportation vehicle. Following this incident, his demeanor toward us became visibly frustrated and unprofessional. Additionally, the driver appeared unprepared for the trip. His phone and GPS were not functioning properly due to a lack of a charger. We lent him our new Apple charging cable to assist him, which was never returned. Despite repeatedly requesting an itinerary during the trip, we were told it would be provided, but it never was. When we expressed disappointment regarding the desert camp and accommodations, our concerns were dismissed and not communicated to management. The unsafe driving behavior continued throughout the return journey. Upon arrival in Marrakech, we arrived approximately three hours later than expected. The driver dropped us at the wrong location and insisted that we withdraw cash from a specific ATM of his choosing. When we requested to use the ATM next to our hotel for safety and convenience, he argued with us and refused to respect our request. The interaction created significant anxiety and an unnecessary sense of insecurity at the end of an already stressful journey. Overall, this was not a luxury transportation experience in any capacity. It lacked professionalism, preparation, safety, and customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Bekben Luxury Travel to travelers seeking reliable and reputable transportation services in Morocco. The owner, Mr. Hamza, who set false expectations upon speaking with him during our travels. After the trip, we contacted Mr. Hamza and his company to formally file a complaint. Initially, both communication and tone seemed apologetic and professional, and we were assured that a full refund would be processed. However, this proved to be another false promise. Over the course of more than three months, we followed up repeatedly and were given contradictory responses. Eventually, communication became dismissive, and we were told not to contact them again. The promised refund was never provided. They push you off and make you go in circles and then act like you did not book the travels directly with them and that you have the wrong company. Do not fall for this hoax. This experience lacked transparency, professionalism, accountability, and honesty. For a milestone trip such as a honeymoon, the level of disorganization and misrepresentation was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Bekbek Luxury Travel to other travelers. I strongly encourage future clients to thoroughly research alternatives before booking.

Sufyan, fantastic host and driver
Such an amazing trip! Our driver Sufyan was magnificent during the entire 3 days. The journey was excellent and academic. Teaching us all about Moroccan history and the areas we were visiting / passing through. After 3 days together it was like he’d became a friend of the family and we missed his company. I’d highly recommend booking and requesting Sufyan for your trips!!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience, lived with my boyfriend and a few friends. everything was well organized, the length of the journey was worth it for the experience and emotions experienced in the desert. our driver Abdoul very kind. I still leave 5 stars but if I have to give a little advice, leave much earlier in the morning to be able to enjoy the sunset a little more during the autumn/winter season. for the rest everything is excellent.

The activity was really nice!!! The journey was long but we had the best drivers (thanks to Hamza and Hassan). Moha has incredible energy about him and really made the ride go by quickly. I really enjoyed the monkey stop!! And they were very informative about the sites we visited. The stay in the desert was definitely a cool experience, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The camel ride was super cool and we even got to do some sand surfing which wasn't an add on. The food was delicious and the tents were awesome. We got the Quad add-on and it was amazing. I woke up early to go quad biking in the desert and then see the sunrise. Overall, this trip was worth it.
