Can’t wait to do this again
Amazing experience, great crew members and the food was outstanding. Our cabin was so comfortable with great views and a private balcony. It is definitely worth doing two nights. We skipped the activity on the first afternoon and the last morning, and enjoyed our time relaxing on the boat.

My experience was like booking a business class seat on a plane and you get there and they put you in economy class.
I booked to go on the Heritage 2 night 3 day cruise around Halong Bay. The afternoon before they messaged me to say that a large group had been booked on the cruise and asked if it was ok to go with another company, Mira cruises, by this stage it was to late to change dates so I agreed saying as long as it was of the same standard it was ok. It was not of the same standard! It was like booking a five star hotel and then arriving to find its about 3 star or less. Naturally I'm disappointed, the boat was smaller and older and the food on the first night was a buffet filled with sloppy stew type of dishes of deep fried bits and pieces. For the price I paid for this cruise it was not good enough.

A great experience
That ship was really great. It has 10 spacious beautiful cabins, is manageable and the crew was sensational. Great food, nice bar great sundeck with jacuzzi and a Dpa ensure the complete wellness program. The scenery was beautiful, only from the excursions we expected more. The crew did great, the weather was passable but the excursion destinations were not intoxicating.

A fantastic two night cruise
We did a two night cruise. It was great. Cabin was comfortable and food excellent. Staff were very attentive. Moon was fantastic and Dam, tour guide was very well organised. Would absolutely recommend to do two nights / three days as the second day goes to more scenic and less crowded areas.

Exclusive, small, personal boat tour
We made this wonderful three-day trip as part of a group tour. It is a small, very personal and spacious boat with wonderful facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were always given a warm welcome and farewell, even when we returned from the excursions. The large boat is more like a floating hotel. The excursions were made on a small boat.
