Sands, Stories & Smiles: Discovering Morocco with Anas (Morroco Wonder Trails)
Our 7-day tour through Morocco, with the 3-day Sahara trip as the highlight, was a fantastic experience. Our guide Anas truly made the difference. His extensive knowledge of the country, its culture, and history added depth to every location. He also speaks multiple languages fluently, which made communication with both us and the local people very easy and enjoyable. What makes Anas special is his calm, friendly, and attentive personality. He has a great sense of what his guests need, is flexible, and constantly thinks along to ensure the best possible experience. The landscapes were breathtaking and diverse: from the vast Sahara to mountains and authentic villages. The kindness and hospitality of the local people also left a lasting impression. As we added 4 extra days to our trip, we had plenty of time for personal conversations along the way, even more unique sights, and memorable activities, making the experience even more valuable. In short: an unforgettable journey with an outstanding guide. We’ll meet again, inshallah - إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ

What an Amazing 3 days desert tour
We were three friends on a 3-day Merzouga desert tour with Morocco Wonder Trails and had the best time! Our driver Rachid was amazing – fun, friendly, and made the long drives super enjoyable. Anas chose the beautiful Arabian Nights Desert Camp for us, and it was the highlight of the trip – camel ride at sunset, delicious food, music by the fire, and a night under the stars. Truly unforgettable! Highly recommend Morocco Wonder Trails.

A must do if you’re in Morocco!
This is my second trip to Morocco, I love this country. We are from the United States and travel a lot . This is a must do trip if you come to this country. We got to see and explore so much. Our guide Yahis was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He treated us like family. We had a nice 4x4 SUV, it was very clean, he was a fantastic driver and very very safe. Anything we wanted to see or do he took care of us. He had connections everywhere to get us in places and we weren’t with all the other tourist groups. A private tour is the only way to go, we got to see and do everything that we wanted. We spent one night in the desert, but I would suggest to spend two nights. Absolutely gorgeous country, people and food was GREAT!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi cost?
+
Prices start at $605 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 day desert tour from Marrakech to Erg Chebbi start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
