A Truly Transformative Hatha Yoga Experience
This RYT-200 training in Nepal completely redefined yoga for me—it’s not just about asanas, but a life philosophy and a way of self-care. ► Physical Breakthroughs Daily 5:30 AM sessions were challenging, but I witnessed real progress: from being unable to do push-ups to completing them, and from collapsing in wheel pose to holding it steady. The teacher’s mantra stuck with me: “It’s not difficult, it’s challenging”—change your mindset, and your body follows. ► Key Teachings • Direction over perfection: “Correct your understanding” matters more than perfect form. Progress daily, even if it’s small. • Your body listens: It believes everything you tell it. Speak affirmations, see results. • Yoga is a lifestyle: Through pranayama, meditation, and mantra, yoga becomes an inward journey. The teacher encourages you to “start moving” first, building confidence before refining technique. The most profound insights came from Q&A sessions, where the teacher helps you realize your true potential. ► Bottom Line A high-intensity program for those ready to push boundaries and commit to daily practice. Bring warm layers for early sessions. If you’re seeking authentic traditional Hatha Yoga and genuine transformation, this is it.

21 Days Traditional Yoga Teacher Training at Karmayogi Yoga and Wellness School
Thank you to Raj and Beepa for their patient care and guidance throughout this journey. As a beginner, I initially lacked the confidence to challenge myself with different asanas and sharing. The teachers consistently encouraged us and tailored the process to our needs, sharing their own yoga journeys along the way. I truly appreciate their efforts and enthusiasm in yoga, which extends beyond teaching asana techniques to include the philosophy and lifelong goals of yoga practice. I highly recommend this course and these two wonderful Gurus.

One of the best experiences of my life!
I joined the RYT Traditional 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. First, the yoga teachers, Deepa and Raj, are highly professional and possess a deep understanding of yoga. They are friendly, considerate, and attentive, always taking great care of me. Secondly, the course design aligns perfectly with the outline on the website and exceeded my expectations. This program is different from most yoga studios, as it not only strengthens your asana practice but also delves deeply into yoga philosophy, guiding me on a meditation journey of self-realization. Thirdly, the environment at Begnas Lake Resort is ideal for a yoga retreat and teacher training. I stayed at the resort for three weeks, surrounded by nature and enjoying delicious, healthy Ayurvedic meals. I have nothing to complain about—only gratitude for the extraordinary service provided by all the hotel staff. I highly recommend Karmayogi School to anyone visiting Nepal who wishes to seek spiritual growth and learn more about yoga.

Traditional 200hrs yoga teacher training
This time we attended a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher certificate class, during which 21 days we stayed at the begnas lake resort. Mr. Raj and Deepa carefully arranged our classes and took care of our meals. The content of the course is very rich, originally I know very little about yoga, I didn't think from yoga philosophy and theory lessons, I learned to yoga more aspects, learn to truly traditional yoga, also understand that yoga is not just a sport, but can help us have a better human attitude, and have a deeper connection with nature. The teachers are very intelligent and capable, have great ideas, learn from them to very much knowledge. More importantly, they are very patient with teaching, and twenty days make people grow a lot! Twenty days ago I couldn’t imagine growing so much, thanks to the teacher giving us great guidance and environment. The diet and yoga life here give a sense of true wisdom💕
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the 21-day RYT 200 training at Begnas Lake. It’s wonderful to hear that the course deepened your understanding of traditional yoga and helped you grow in such a meaningful way. Raj and Deepa truly appreciate your appreciation, and we’re honored to have been part of your yoga journey. Wishing you all the best ahead — Namaste! 🙏

Quality Treasure Course: 100 hours of yoga teacher training. Seriously recommend!
I really feel super lucky to participate in this 100 hour yoga teacher training! To conclude: this is really a treasure course! The harvest after you finish is definitely much more than you expected! Here's what I think this lesson yields: 1. Excellent teachers: Raja teacher and Deepa teacher are always sincere and selfless teaching students, Raja teacher yoga is deep and versatile, not only rich yoga knowledge and wisdom, is a master-grade yoga teacher! Deepa teacher will guide students to think, I especially like Deepa teacher's yoga philosophy lessons, from the responses of the teacher, I solved my doubts about yoga and life, the teacher will also care about our usual practice conditions, and carefully point out the details of our practice, I feel that good teachers are definitely the biggest advantage of this class. 2. Course content is rich and flexible, including yoga philosophy, van singing, yoga style, meditation, breathing, walking, etc. The emphasis is that teachers will emphasize the meaning behind yoga practice, let us know that yoga is really not just the bodybuilding, there are many things more important than the bodybuilding, the course will allow you to have a more complete and systematic learning about the right mentality and method of practicing yoga! 3. The venue for yoga training is like heaven, next to the beautiful Lake Bagnass, you can also see the Himalayas, the hotel has a swimming pool, cute little animals and carefully cared for various plants, there is also a dedicated indoor and outdoor yoga classroom, three meals are also a healthy vegetarian food according to the principles of Ayurveda. 4. After this yoga training, I got a complete physical and mental transformation: physically, I turned from waking up every day to getting up early to sleep, from 2-4 cups of coffee and handshake daily, to drinking only water and healthy tea and juice. Yoga also forms the habit of practicing daily, and the psychological aspect is better able to understand previously ununderstood in the spiritual and physical books. The spiritual aspect is better able to connect with the inner self, and also better understand who you are! Although there are many benefits to attend the course, but how good it really can only be personally, sincerely recommend this super quality yoga training course!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s amazing to hear how much the RYT200 course meant to you — from the guidance of Raj and Deepa, to the peaceful setting by Begnas Lake, to the deep personal growth you experienced. We're so happy the training gave you more than you expected, both on and off the mat. Truly grateful for your kind words and recommendation. Wishing you all the best on your yoga journey. 🙏

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Pokhara.
How much does 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal cost?
+
Prices start at $5200 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Pokhara usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal take?
+
Plan for about 704 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Pokhara is not rushed.
Is 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Pokhara, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal suitable for kids and families?
+

How far in advance should I book 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Pokhara can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Pokhara and add a light layer if any part of the 704-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 21 Days 200 hours Traditional Yoga Teacher Training In Nepal start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Pokhara within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Pokhara?
+
On Outty we rank every Pokhara experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ghorepani - Poon Hill Trek 3N-4D, Annapurna Base Camp Trek -8 days, Annapurna Base Camp Treks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Pokhara?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Pokhara?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
