Halong Bay
This was a beautiful and amazing experience. So many activities and food was great! I definitely recommend and Mono was especially so helpful along with everybody else helping out!

Exceptional Service, Luxury Experience, and Unforgettable Memories
Our 2-day, 1-night cruise was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had the best time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment onboard. The booking process was handled by Catherine, who was outstanding. We experienced a few last-minute changes and challenges on our side, but she remained patient, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Her communication was excellent, and she made the entire process stress-free. The experience started with a comfortable limousine transfer, which set the tone for a premium journey. Once onboard, everything exceeded our expectations. Our cruise manager, Eddy, was amazing—well-organized, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The service from all crew members was truly five-star. Everyone was professional, well-presented, friendly, and always greeted guests with a smile. The dining experience was a highlight. The set-menu dinner was beautifully presented, and every dish was delicious. The chef delivered a fine-dining experience that rivalled many luxury restaurants. We also loved the onboard activities. From karaoke to the crew’s fun fashion show, there was always something enjoyable happening. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and created wonderful opportunities to meet other guests and make great memories. Overall, this was an exceptional cruise experience that combined luxury, outstanding service, excellent food, and great entertainment. Fantastic
We were collected by the tender and taken to our floating Hotel at the time designated and stayed in the Queen Suite, absolutely amazing, food was great and the entertainment with the other guests was fantastic. We had a great experience. Thank you
