- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
- We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
- Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
- If customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible

- Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 11.30AM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 11.30AM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
- NOTE: From July 01, 2026, the Vietnamese government stopped all the tourist buses to come inside Hanoi Old Quarter. So, we will confirm exactly pickup point and time before the departure date. Pickup and drop-off services will be provided along the following streets: Hai Bà Trưng, Tràng Thi, Phùng Hưng, Hàng Đậu, Trần Nhật Duật, Trần Quang Khải, Nhà Hát Lớn, Tràng Tiền, Lý Thường Kiệt...

Sam is the best tour guide!! He communicated very well about the meetup place and time. He knows a lot about Ha Long Bay, and the tour is very informative. Highly recommend! The ship is very clean, and the crew is accommodating and nice. The food was amazing, and the happy hour drinks were too!

Had a great time. Accommodations and service was beautiful. It was a mesmerizing experience that altered my ego into a non existent one. I completely recommend this to anyone seeking to do something with their life. Food was good drinks were good. And our tour guide phong was cool. Don’t book if it’s not with him. Also all you foos better tip him.
