Tour guide - fansipan
I went with a tour guide named Minh, this guy was the most organised, comedic guide I think our group has ever seen. If you plan on doing it hit this king up! +84 868 139 467 - Minh

Improve staff management
The staff could have been more helpful in managing the queue for the train to the peak of Fansipan. At times, some visitors cut in line, which made the waiting experience a bit frustrating and the situation felt poorly controlled. That said, the overall visit was still enjoyable. The scenery was beautiful, and the views were impressive, even though we visited on a rainy day.

One of the best trekking...
One of the best trekking booking I’ve ever made! The beauty of Sa Pa was on full display in the rice fields and thoroughly enjoyed learning on the culture of the land, people, and way of living. May was the best guide and she had such fun energy, vibes, and great preparation for the trip. The home stay was very welcoming and the food along the way was phenomenal!! I look forward to be back again and will be recommending them this trip to anyone who comes to Vietnam! 12/10!!!!

The weather could not have been much worse and I didn’t see any views, but I would still rate it a 10/10 adventure. The different terrain and jungle immersion made it an incredible experience. I couldn’t have been happier with my guide Minh (+84 868 139 467). He was very funny, knowledgeable and told lots of interesting stories. He was also very safe driving to the checkpoint. I really enjoyed his company even if we weren’t talking it’s nice to be with someone. The mountain hut was what made it such a unique experience though. It had a very authentic feel. We had a family meal and the food was great. The couple who stay there are very interesting and it’s strange to think they have lived on the mountain alone for 5 years. It felt great to reach the top and also get there before all the tourists arrived despite having no view it still felt like a great achievement. If you are thinking of climbing Fansipan, I think it is 100% worth it and will be one of the most memorable things you will do. Thank you very much Minh (+84 868 139 467) for making it such an enjoyable experience.

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sapa.
How much does 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours cost?
+
Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sapa usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sapa is not rushed.
Is 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Sapa, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sapa can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sapa and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 2 Days 1 Night Stay Sapa Trekking Tours start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sapa within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sapa?
+
On Outty we rank every Sapa experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sapa 2 Days 1 Night From Hanoi - Overnight in Ta Van Village, Glass Bridge, Cat Cat Village, Moana, Alpine Coaster Sapa Tour, Sapa 1 day trek with local guide to the village by Comlam. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sapa?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sapa?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
