An authentic adventure!
We had a phenomenal experience with this trekking company. We arrived by night bus and were concerned about how we would kill time before our two day trek began at 9am. We connected with our host and he graciously invited us to check in early, offered us a private bedroom to rest and a clean washroom to shower in. Our local guide, Mei, was a wealth of knowledge. It felt incredible to be learning from someone who is a local to the northern village and has a deep understanding of the ethnic groups and their traditions. She ensured we felt safe and kept a pace that was comfortable. The homestay was clean, comfortable and we felt very welcome. The family made sure we were well fed and made a massive spread of local food for us to enjoy. We fully recommend this experience!

Perfect, picturesque and rewarding Tour - LOVED it!
Amazing trip with our guide Mo who made our trip with her kindness, knowledge and company! Area and trek outline was perfect for us and the ability to adjust length and difficulty was fabulous. The area was stunning and postcard worthy. The Coy were very professional and very much on hand and available to sort a family issue which presented.

Unforgettable experience!
We did the 2 days and 1 night trekking (ST8) in March 2026. Out guide was May, she's a local from Dao etniq and She guided us through the breath taking landscape of the Muong Hai Valley. The landscape it's just stunning, the trekking is easily doable by everyone and May was the cutest guide ever. She explained us the Hmong and Dao minorities etniq living in the area and answered to all of our questions. The night in the homestay was lovely too. We loved everything! Thank you so much for this experience that will remain with us forever!

We love Mo
We had a wonderful trek with Mo! She was an amazing guide and taught us a lot about Vietnamese culture and life. The nature was beautiful, and there was lots of room for adjusting the route according to skill level. You get so much for the money, and the homestay was also amazing, eating with the local family. Overall a great trip!!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sapa.
How much does 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy ) cost?
+
Prices start at $92 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sapa usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy ) take?
+

Is 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy ) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 75 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sapa, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy )?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy ) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy )?
+
Around 26 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sapa can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sapa and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 2 days authentic trekking tour in Sapa ( Homestay - Less touristy ) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sapa within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sapa?
+
On Outty we rank every Sapa experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sapa 2 Days 1 Night From Hanoi - Overnight in Ta Van Village, Glass Bridge, Cat Cat Village, Moana, Alpine Coaster Sapa Tour, Sapa 1 day trek with local guide to the village by Comlam. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sapa?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sapa?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
