Must do tour!

We had an amazing two days with our tour guide Sim. He explained everything so well and answered all of our questions. We were able to learn so much about Cambodia and its history thanks to him. He also recommended the best photo spots! This company adapted so well to our needs, curating a perfect two day tour which was tailored to our needs, wants and within our schedule, so we could make the most out of the time we had. They also sent so many recommendations of other things we could add to our check list to visit during our stay in Siem Reap, as well as restaurants to try local food in the city. It was a big pleasure having Sim as our guide, we can’t recommend him more. We love Cambodia and hope to come back! Thank you for everything

Excellent tour...well worth the time and price!

This trip was fantastic. My husband and I almost didn't book it because it was a little pricier than some other options, but we only had two days in Siem Reap and wanted to make the most of it. We are glad we did! The trip to the rural floating villages was quite eye opening. First, our guide, Sim, helped us understand so much of what we saw at the village market, such as how they cook the red ants, lay out thousands of shrimp to dry, and use every bit of an animal in their meals. No waste whatsoever. And then seeing the homes and school, both from land and by boat, gave a lot of insight into a lifestyle I couldn't have imagined. Our tour guide was especially helpful in explaining the various temples we visited. He enthusiastically described everything to us and I'm sure we benefited by his knowledge of shortcuts through the temples as well. He was also quite flexible, allowing a couple of very interesting side trips on the way back to the hotel. We especially appreciated how attentive our guide was to answering our many questions, including about Cambodian history. And finally, having a driver with a nice air conditioned vehicle and cold water who dropped us off and picked us up close to each site was especially welcomed during the long, hot days! This was a great, informative two days! Well worth the price!

Response from the operator: Dear Anne , Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review and give us feedbacks. We are very glad to hear you have enjoyed your tours and our services. We will pass your comments on to the guide and the driver. Thanks again, and we hope to see you again soon. All the best, Journey2 Team.

2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.

How much does 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism cost?

+

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.

Is 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 2-Day private Tours in Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm & Kampong Phluk Eco-tourism start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?

+

On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap, 2 Days Guided Historical Tour in Angkor, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Siem Reap?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
