Family of 5 Day Tour with Jenny
An awesome Zhangjiajie experience with Jenny! We had an incredible day touring Zhangjiajie with Jenny. From the very beginning, she was warm, friendly, and exceptionally welcoming, with flawless English that made communication effortless. As a family of five, we explored Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. Our guide Jenny was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She did an excellent job planning our itinerary. The park was very busy, but we barely waited in any lines. When we entered Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, we saw very long downhill queues with waiting times up to three hours. We were able to enter easily and avoided those long queues when heading down the mountain. She took many wonderful family photos for us and helped us get the best views. She adjusted the pace to suit our family, kept the trip fun and stress-free. It was a wonderful, happy experience we will always remember. We can’t recommend Jenny enough! She paced our day perfectly. Even with an ambitious itinerary—covering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, the Glass Bridge, the Golden Whip Stream walk, and Tianzi Mountain—we navigated everything efficiently and beat the biggest crowds without ever feeling rushed. Amazing Avatar Mountains
My husband and I had such an amazing day exploring Zhangjiajie National Park with Zhangjiajie Top Trip. Our guide Cara was exceptional. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our day so memorable. She took great pictures of us and because we arrived at the park as they opened we were able to get uninterrupted views of Hallelujah Mountain and all of the other incredible sites without the crowds. Cara’s knowledge of the area was outstanding and overall she was just a phenomenal guide. Thank you for making our day so special Cara, we will remember this trip forever. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Zhangjiajie. The trip was made especially memorable because of our wonderful guide, Doris. She was knowledgeable and very friendly and enthusiastic. She went out of her to guide us to things outside the tour itself like finding a good spa and helping with food recommendations. She was very flexible and adjusted to a change in our plans. Doris was with us every step of our itinerary and made sure we were well looked after. The icing on the cake was her skills with taking photos and creating videos. Thanks very much Doris for making our trip to Zhangjiajie unforgettable!
