ONCE in a lifetime!
This was a fantastic experience, highly recommended, for everyone. The education received and the game drives, puts it all into perspective and makes you appreciate Africa.. Chris and bonbon were fantastic, what a wealth of information that they contain. My best safari by far.!

Very disappointed with Viator
First of all we booked this experience a long time ago and paid for it at that time. We sent several request about the pick up and no one responded. We arrived at the airport at 7:30 AM on December 19 and the scheduled pick up was for 12 noon. No one showed up so we started calling to find out why no one came. I found a phone number for Sibuya on the Internet and the guy that answered the phone was a previous employee. I thought I had been scammed. He assured me that I was not scammed and that he would call the current manager Chris. Chris called me back and he said he would come and get us, but we were not on his list. He arrived at 2:30 to pick us up and he said that they would try to get in touch with you all at Viator work to figure out why he didn’t know we were coming luckily they had room for us. Otherwise, finding accommodations at Christmas time would have been very difficult and expensive. During our stay, we reached out still trying to get it figured out and the staff at Savoia had no luck in getting it figured out. When we left on January 3, they still had not received their money after being on the phone with via tour for over an hour, we were not allowed to speak to a supervisor. Viator would not verify the phone number and email address for the supplier and the telephone number was incorrect that we had. The only thing buy a tour was willing to do for us was refund the price we paid, but that didn’t help us. We were stuck at the airport with no accommodations for 15 days thank God the folks at Sibuya were kind enough to have space to accommodate us. This was our first Safari scheduled in Africa from the airport from this Safari we were supposed to be dropped off at the airport and our next excursion through via tour was supposed to pick us up on January 3 again we could not get in contact with the supplier and neither could Viator. The suppliers phone number was incorrect and could not get a hold of them anyway we tried through Viator, email or WhatsApp. Buy a tour has very poor Customer service so now that is two out of two big issues. We have several more reservations through via tour and we are very worried of being let down again even though by a tour assures us that the rest are fine.

Highly recommend
I recently did the volunteer program for 4 weeks, it is a really great opportunity for anyone that is wanting to start a career working with wildlife or conservation. They don’t require any experience, so there is no need to feel nervous about applying. When you leave the program you will have acquired so much knowledge with the help of your guide, Luke. He is very knowledgeable of the area and patient with learners. When I went, I met so many extremely nice people whom I still keep in touch with today. So not only can you find your pathway in life, but you may also have life changing experiences and lifelong relationships. I highly recommend this program.
Response from the operator: Hi Katelynn. Thank you so much for the kind words in this review. We are really glad that the Sibuya Wilderness Experience touched your life in more ways than just the conservation activities. Thank you for the effort that you put in to learning about our area and the support you gave to our charity organizations. We will hopefully see you again in the near future. Take care :)

15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Port Elizabeth.
How much does 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $1817 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Port Elizabeth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour take?
+
Plan for about 360 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Port Elizabeth is not rushed.
Is 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Port Elizabeth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour?
+

Is 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 360-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Port Elizabeth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Port Elizabeth and add a light layer if any part of the 360-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 15-Day All Inclusive Sibuya Wilderness Guided Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Port Elizabeth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Port Elizabeth?
+
On Outty we rank every Port Elizabeth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale, Dolphin & Penguin Island Cruise, Addo Elephant Full Day Safari with a Traditional South African Braai (BBQ) Lunch, Addo Elephant National Park All Inclusive Full-Day Safari. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Port Elizabeth?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Port Elizabeth?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
