Perfect
My guide Bosco was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I wanted for nothing. The trip was a 10 out of 10; I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone! The accommodations were great, and the food was incredibly delicious. It was a wonderful experience.

An Unforgettable Gorilla Trekking Experience with Bugoli Adventures in Bwindi
I had an amazing experience with Bugoli Adventures during my Gorilla Trekking trip in Bwindi, Uganda. From the very first contact, everything was extremely well organized. Communication was always clear and friendly, from arranging the schedule and all the details of the trip to the hotel pick-up and transportation to Bwindi. The entire process was smooth, punctual, and stress-free. The accommodation provided was excellent, very comfortable and in a beautiful setting, and the meals were also great. Everything was carefully arranged, allowing me to simply enjoy this incredible experience without having to worry about logistics. A very special mention goes to my driver, Skihango Silva, who was a huge part of what made this trip so memorable. Besides being an excellent and very safe driver, Silva was extremely friendly, kind, and pleasant company throughout the journey. Spending so many hours on the road becomes part of the experience itself, and having someone like him makes all the difference. People like Silva are a huge asset to a tourism company. A great itinerary and good organization are important, but it is the people you meet along the way who can truly transform a great trip into an unforgettable memory — and Silva definitely did that for me. I highly recommend Bugoli Adventures to anyone planning a Gorilla Trekking experience in Uganda. Excellent organization, hospitality, accommodation, food, and, above all, wonderful people. Thank you, Bugoli Adventures, and a special thank you to Silva for making this incredible experience even more memorable!

Thanks! What a great experience
It was an amazing experience! Innocent picked me in Kigali, and drove me to the Bwindi Forest. The encounter with the Gorillas was amazing, and the agency as well as Innocent were super nice and available throughout and prior the whole experience. 10/10

Gorilla trekking: An Experience You’ll Remember for Life — Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience with Bugoli Adventures Limited. From the very beginning, Michael, the director, was incredibly thoughtful — as I was traveling alone as a woman, he proactively offered to arrange a female driver for me. That level of care and attention already set the tone for the whole trip. I was picked up at Kigali airport by Patricia, a lovely and professional driver, who accompanied me all the way across the border towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. We arrived at the lodge in the evening, which was simple but lovely (there was not hot water, though). The next morning, we headed early to the park. Both Patricia and Michael were extremely friendly, responsive, and flexible, which made everything smooth and easy. The gorilla trekking experience itself was truly one of the most incredible things I’ve ever done in my life, I cannot recommend it enough. Seeing the gorillas up close is unforgettable, and I felt very safe during the treK (yes, it is very expensive, but this is how the park keep the gorillas safe and the groups small - we were only 6 seeing a family of over 10 gorillas with 4 rangers with us). One thing to keep in mind is that the drive can be quite intense, with VERY exposed roads and somewhat unpredictable driving conditions (especially once we're getting closer to the park) , so I STRONGLY SUGGEST avoiding travel in the evening.
Response from the operator: Dear Ligia, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful and thoughtful review with us. We are truly delighted to hear that you had such a memorable experience with Bugoli Adventures. It means a lot to know that you felt cared for and comfortable throughout your journey. Michael will be especially happy to hear your kind words, and we’re glad that arranging a female driver helped you feel at ease while traveling solo. Patricia will also be thrilled to know she made such a positive impression she is indeed a valued member of our team. We’re so pleased that your gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park was one of the highlights of your trip. It truly is a once-in-a-lifetime encounter, and your appreciation of the conservation efforts behind it means a great deal. Thank you as well for your honest feedback regarding the lodge and road conditions. We take this seriously and will continue working with our partners to improve comfort wherever possible. Your advice about avoiding evening travel is very helpful and will certainly guide future travelers. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you again for another unforgettable adventure in East Africa. Warm regards, GM & The Bugoli Adventures Team

Why this scores 77
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kampala.
How much does 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour cost?
+
Prices start at $6770 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kampala usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour take?
+
Plan for about 336 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kampala is not rushed.
Is 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Kampala, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 336-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour?
+
Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kampala can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kampala and add a light layer if any part of the 336-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 14 Days Uganda Safari Adventure, Gorilla Trekking and WildlifeTour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kampala within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kampala?
+
On Outty we rank every Kampala experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kampala’s Best Experience walking tour, Kampala Walking City Tours (Women-Guided), Kampala Heart of Walking Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kampala?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kampala?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
