Trip through Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, and Germany
We had a wonderful trip through Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Germany, thanks be to God. We had a private car to take our family of eight around the different locations. We started in Warsaw with a Polish tasting dinner, walking tour of the city with Iga, and an excursion to Gdansk and the Malbork Castle. Marcin was a very good driver for this excursion and he was our guide for tour of the city of Gdansk. From Warsaw, we traveled the covent to venerate the image of the Black Madonna as we made our way to Krakow. Here we toured the Old Town with our guide Monica and also came upon sites related to the Jewish community. You must see the Wawel Castle and especially the Wawel Catheral which contains the resting place of Saint Stanislaus along with many Polish kings. From Krakow, we made excursions to Aushwitz (very humbling) and the salt mines. Daniel was our driver and he kept us entertained on our drives. From Warsaw to Krakow and then from Krakow to Munich, we had a private driver named Jacek. Not only did he drive us to all locations, he was very knowledgeable about Poland and the surrounding areas in particular World War I and II history. He was very prompt and he helped coordinate lunch stops. He speaks English very well as did all of our guides. He was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend his services. In Prague, we had a great tour guide in Anna. She started the tour by showing us the options and allowing us to decide where to go. She also pointed out places to eat and shop as we walked. We also had a dinner cruise while in Prague. In Austria, we had a great tour of the city by Edith and she highlighted the areas related to the Sound of Music. Finally, we ended our trip with a day and tour in Munich with Curt and learned about the architecture, the food, and the War. We were able to visit St. Michael's church which contains the relics of Sts. Cosmas and Damian. We would highly recommend using AB Poland to plan your trip to Poland. Magda was the one that helped us with the planning and was very responsive and very patient as we had many questions and updates to our itinerary. We had a great experience.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
12-day tour around Poland by private car: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Warsaw.
How much does 12-day tour around Poland by private car cost?
+
Prices start at $3176 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Warsaw usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 12-day tour around Poland by private car take?
+
Plan for about 288 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Warsaw is not rushed.
Is 12-day tour around Poland by private car worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Warsaw, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 12-day tour around Poland by private car?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 12-day tour around Poland by private car suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 288-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 12-day tour around Poland by private car?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Warsaw can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Warsaw and add a light layer if any part of the 288-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 12-day tour around Poland by private car start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Warsaw within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Warsaw?
+
On Outty we rank every Warsaw experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover the Dark Side of Warsaw in Praga District by Retro Bus, Private Tour: Warsaw City Sightseeing by Retro Fiat, Private Historical Tour of Warsaw by a Retro Fiat with Pickup. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Warsaw?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Warsaw?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
