Israel: an absolute disappointment because of the tour guide, Jordan: a great country
Trendtours apparently works with subcontractors in Israel and Jordan, and the Israel partner does not seem to be under control. A completely incompetent and non-customer-oriented 78-year-old tour guide who is unable to wait for his tour group, then "forgets" fellow travelers several times because he spontaneously changes the meeting points, lets the bus leave too early and then (after fellow travelers alert him) has to turn around to pick up the guests, often speaks incomprehensible German and also simply forgets program items (and then has to make up for them the next day with detours)... Then a whole day (Negev - Masada) is simply skipped because the bus route on the Jordanian side of the Dead Sea is cheaper. Back home, the annoyance about this Israeli part of the trip pushes out the many beautiful moments we had in Jordan thanks to another tour guide.

Tourist Torture!
EXTREMELY POOR communication and scheduling. We were not told that it is MANDATORY to have a cell phone for this tour in order to make connections at the airports, borders, or tour agents in Egypt. The only way to access the room in the Israel hotel was thru a cell phone app! Also, we were not told there was NO DEDICATED tour guide with us thru out the entire tour. Every day there was a different tour guide which you had to meet up with, often not knowing even what time he would meet you. The only breakfasts we got were on the cruise ship and the one day at the Wadi Rum camp, otherwise, every single day we got a very, very poor breakfast box. The scheduling was a nightmare. The breakfast at the Tel Aviv hotel started at 7:30 but the tours picked us up at 6:40 every morning! The transfer from Jordan to Egypt was awful. From the Jordan - Israel border we went thru Eilat, then thru the Israel - Egypt border, then a 3 hour drive to the hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh. It was almost midnight before we got to our room and we had to get up at 4:00 for the flight to Cairo!! This should have been more specific in our itinerary. Also, NO ONE on the Nile cruise ship spoke good English, not even the ship front desk manager. Also, the ship had no knowledge of our tours or the tour guides each day. NO COMMUNICATION between the ship, the tour guides, and the tourists. I would not recommend this tour by Booking Tours to anyone. This tour was misrepresented in every way. NO WAY is it a Luxury tour.

exceeded my expectations
Highlight after highlight. The pace of our tour was excellent with chill days well placed. All our hotels were excellent and exceeded expectations. The sites were mind-blowing, the people on our trip were diverse which added to the experience and we made some great new friends. What made our trip, however, was our Egyptologist and tour guide Ramdan. The man's passion and love for his country and its incredible history enriched our experience greatly. His knowledge is phenomenal and his communication skills and storytelling are second to none. Ramadan went way beyond his regular duties and extended himself to become our friend as well. He took us to places outside of our itinerary because he wanted to and was available for support outside his regular working hours. I would highly recommend this tour for its mind-blowing sites, passionate and knowledgeable tour guides, extraordinary history, the friendships made as well as the hospitality of the locals. At no stage did we feel our safety was compromised either. I would happily travel through Egypt, Jordan or Israel again and catch the sites we missed on this trip. Having said that I would like to thank Booking-tours for providing a memorable experience, all our new friends for enhancing the experience and especially Ramadan for being a wonderful Egyptologist, tour guide and dear friend!

Fantastic tour of Egypt, Jordan and Israel
Fantastic tour of Egypt by Abdalla. Excellent airport escort at the gate - not after immigration! Great transportation and overall planning. Jordan - good itinerary. Petra, camping in the desert, and the Dead Sea were my highlights. Sammy did a solid job. Israel - really nice guide but not at the same level as Abdilla and Sammy. I would recommend cutting a few churches off the itinerary and adding at least a day in Tel Aviv.

reliable and stress-free tour
If you want a reliable, well-coordinated stress-free tour where your every need are looked after from the time you land to the time you leave; and taken around by quality tour guides and Egyptologists, look no further Look at Booking Tours is a really professional outfit and we can't be happier that we chose to travel with them on our recent trip to Egypt and Jordan and Jerusalem. Like most travelers, we have been warned about the pushy vendors and operators. Fortunately, we saw none of that, as our guide Randa, was not only knowledgeable and courteous, she made sure we were safe at all times and kept all the vendors at bay. Randa also gave us advice about what to do, how much to tip and we felt really safe and hence, I completely enjoyed the rich history and atmosphere of Egypt. After Cairo, we flew to Luxor to commence the 4-night Nile cruise on MS Nile style. I couldn't be more pleased with the accommodation on this cruise. Rooms were very nicely fitted and they had a top deck that was very tasteful, where we could relax and just take in the journey on the historic Nile. Thanks to Remon, we had a safe and pleasant ride in the horse carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Jordan and Jerusalem were the next stop Murad look after us from start to finish. We couldn't compliment Murad enough. He really loved Jordan and her enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge of Jordan made us love Jordan as much as she does. From Amman to Petra and Jerusalem churches and we lost in the spirituality and, we really had a fantastic holiday and was sad to leave. We have to thank also Artium the owner of Booking tours who was following with us all the time, Randa and Remon and Murad our guides, Ramadan our assistant in Cairo all our drivers everywhere and apologize for not remember their names. thank you

12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tel Aviv.
How much does 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $2988 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tel Aviv usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 288 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tel Aviv is not rushed.
Is 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Tel Aviv, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 288-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tel Aviv can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tel Aviv and add a light layer if any part of the 288-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 12-Day Israel, Jordan, and Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tel Aviv within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tel Aviv?
+
On Outty we rank every Tel Aviv experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Pub Crawl Night Tour at Tel Aviv, Masada and the Dead Sea Day Trip from Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv Jaffa Guided Bike Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tel Aviv?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tel Aviv?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
