Don't book if you value your life and time
Overall the experience was a one star. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values there time and money. My family of 5 booked a time slot at 11:35 and we waited there till 2:30 before entering the boat that would take us 45 mins to the location. After arriving on the boat ride to the location the driver fell asleep and we hit the side of a wake. We had to wake him up and signal him to turn the boat. After that he started violently speeding up at mx speed almost throwing my kids off the boat and then when I told him to slow down he caught the engine off and gave me sass.when we finally got to the place my jet ski was broken for half the time and was steaming up. Then when we finished the trip the driver got fired so we had to wait 2 hours in the middle of no where. To make matters worse we got hit with a storm and got back fully wet and cold. Overall we took a tour that was supposed to be an hour , instead lasting 6 hours and ruining our whole day.

Definitely Try this Place Out
It was such a good time! The guides were really knowledgeable! The boat ride out to the bay where we rode the jetskis was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

Generally a good experience but did have a few exceptions
Overall a good experience. But have a few complaints; original online add advertised 2 hrs of jet skiing for $88, but in actuality you only get an hour and the balance of the time is used to get to/ from skis via pontoon boat ride. In fine print , an additional $50 is required for marina fees , etc. We were warned to keep 100 yards apart or risk being called back in. This distance is a bit excessive and didn’t allow our group to ride together. We were also warned if the ski is rolled that we would be charged $300 minimum to cover damages. The ski is designed to sustain a roll without damage so didn’t understand why we were told this. Although I am a seasoned rider, the instruction they give is very limited if u have no prior experience. They should mention how to keep throttle on through a turn (helps avoid rolling it), or how to re-mount if thrown overboard , etc. Overall a good experience but much room for improvement if they want to take this business to the next level.

You also complain about the payment required at the marina—information that was visible to you at least three times, and which you could have cancelled if you did not agree with. Regarding the designated area for the activity, it is set up that way by law. Finally, regarding your complaint about a charge for capsizing—something that never happened to you—we fail to see the point of that claim. Have a good day.

Rude people
Ones you get to the jet ski flowting area the guys can be rude they didn’t even let this one guy know if you flip the jet ski it’s 500 dollars and he didn’t want to take a picture for me on the jet ski he was rude about it to so yeah I won’t be coming back here rent somewhere else people

All Jet Ski Rental companies have this requirement, We find it strange that you are claiming a mandatory charge that you did not have to pay because no accident occurred. Regarding the photo, for safety reasons, our guides cannot be distracted while on duty. You shouldn't make these kinds of comments if you understand that these regulations are for your safety.
