Do Not Book!
DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION! I paid $200 a week in advance for an hour of ATV riding and an hour of horseback riding, then upon arrival I had to $500. we had to pay $130 per person and $200 for a “deposit” we were promised that it’d be returned at the end of event. It did not come until a week or so later! We rode atv’s for 15 minutes.. 30 tops, then we rode horses again for only 15 minutes. So my question still till this day is what did I pay $200 for?? That’s a total of $700 we paid for something we didn’t even receive! Oh and the “pictures and videos” is one picture taken on your own phone. Read this review, save your money and don’t get scammed like us!! There are far more better things to do and for less money
Response from the operator: Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed, but we do want to clarify that all pricing details, additional fees, deposits, and activity durations are clearly outlined in the product description before purchase. We always encourage all guests to carefully review this information prior to booking to avoid any confusion. The security deposit mentioned is refundable and may take a few business days to be processed depending on the payment method, which is also explained in advance. We regret if the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do not engage in misleading practices. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve clarity and communication for all guests.

They gaslight you
I do not like how they process everything I paid everything on Groupon but then when you get there it’s a lot of fees they added up to think you paid everything in advance but hits you with 300$ additional fee charges then the place was like in a honeycomb hide out just crazy how they lied when I asked was it any deposits or anything I had to pay they said no but then get to the tour and additional 300$ charge is crazy and it’s not a deposit either so don’t even get it back yea never again
Response from the operator: Hi, thank you for your feedback. We do need to clarify that the information mentioned in your review is not accurate. All fees and requirements are clearly stated on the Groupon voucher, including any additional fees and the security deposit. We always recommend carefully reviewing the full details before purchasing to avoid any confusion upon arrival. There is no intention to mislead any of our customers, and transparency is very important to us. If anything was unclear, our team is always available to answer questions prior to your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure all information is as clear as possible for future guests.

Be sure to get contact...
Be sure to get contact information prior to going to the meeting spot we waited 30 min and had no idea where our tour guide was until we called customer service and then only got to do half the experience and still paid full price.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the confusion you experienced at the meeting location. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without clear communication. Our goal is always to make the check-in process smooth and ensure every guest enjoys the full experience they booked. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will work on improving our instructions and communication so future guests can easily connect with their guide upon arrival. We’re glad you were still able to participate in part of the experience, but we truly apologize that it did not meet your expectations. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it with us.

Book the ATV only!!!
I have to be honest, I feel terrible writing a bad review because the ATV is 10/10 experience. There is a separate tour that includes only that. Search Xplor Adventure Group in Miami. The tour guide is 10/10. Photos included. The horseback riding part, however, was a disaster. I booked this tour expecting a calm, relaxing experience. After payment, we were informed the actual cost was more than double due to additional, made up fees (Horse fee? Seat fee?) that were in the fine print. Understandable but more than DOUBLE is insane. The tour was led by a young couple on a very noisy mini ATV directly in front of us the entire time, going 2mph. Instead of enjoying the ride, we were stuck behind loud engine noise and inhaling exhaust fumes. When we attempted to ask questions, we were ignored, as the guides were focused on each other. They were literally making out and rubbing up on each other the entire time. The male didn't speak English. Assuming I didn't speak spanish, I heard him mention how annoyed he was that we were "interrupting their time." At one point, my horse unexpectedly turned and began galloping in the opposite direction. As someone with no prior riding experience, I had to calm and redirect the horse myself. The guides did not notice I was missing for several minutes. Another staff member later mentioned we would be able to pet and feed the horses after the tour, but that did not happen. Although the booking stated photos and videos were included, none were taken of us or offered. Instead, a staff member recorded the tour guides in their vehicle. When we returned to the stable, the horses were unhooked and the staff walked away without an explanation or closing remarks. Not one word. After standing there for a few minutes we got the hint and walked up to the woman in the stable and thanked her, wishing her a good night. "Ok..." was her reply. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, especially given the final price.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the ATV portion of the experience and our tour guide. We're very happy to hear that part of the tour was enjoyable for you. We are, however, very sorry to hear that the horseback riding portion did not meet your expectations. What you described is certainly not the level of professionalism or service we aim to provide. Your comments about the guide’s behavior, communication, and overall organization are being taken seriously and will be addressed directly with our team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding pricing, we always try to clearly explain that ATVs are priced per vehicle (up to two people) while horseback riding is priced per person. Any additional fees are listed during booking so guests can review them before confirming. That said, we understand how frustrating it can feel if the pricing was not clear, and we will review how this information is communicated to make it more transparent. We are also sorry to hear that you did not receive the photos or the opportunity to interact with the horses afterward as mentioned. That is normally part of the experience and we will look into what happened that day. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. If you would like, please contact us directly so we can personally address your experience and see how we can make this right. Thank you again for visiting us.

Great Time, but not $100! It's $230.
These guys got the adventure part down! The business part, a little rough still. The people are great and make sure you have a good time! Manalito was great! Extremely kind and wanted to make sure we had fun, great videos, and pictures! We were horse back riding and ATVing. There was confusion from the get go. I am not sure if it's the viator apps problem or the businesses. There was an extra $130 per person charge after we paid the $200 on viator. This is a hidden fee that is stated on Viator but you have to search for it. But then the charges are vague and makes you think it's what you are already being charged. This feels crooked. So what I though was a $200 reservation for my husband and I was actually a $488.20 reservation. Why the dont say it's $230pp i dont understand.
Response from the operator: when you guys booked Viator and fare harbor send and email with your confirmation and the balance due at the location sorry for the confusion

Why this scores 36
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.
How much does 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures cost?
+
Prices start at $460 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.
Is 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 36 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 1 hour of ATV and 1 hour horse ride with free videos and pictures start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Miami?
+
Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Miami?
+
November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Miami?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
