The welcome from its residents makes Ourika warm despite the relatively cold weather due to its height among the high Atlas Mountains. Berber villages are preserving their Amazigh traditions and heritage which date back to before the sixteenth century and even before the Islamic conquest of Morocco, where the ancient inhabitants of the region lived with the first Jewish heritage during the first centuries AD. At 09:00 a.m. We start collecting the passengers involved in the journey from their hotels this would take about 30 minutes, then there are other 15 minutes to coordinate the buses for the Excursions so the departure would be at 9:45 am every day, except for those who will book the private Trip option, they will be taken directly to their destination. Our journey begins by passing through the most luxurious street in Marrakesh, Boulevard Mohammed VI, named after the current Moroccan king. Immediately after, we will see houses and neighbourhoods that are less luxurious and tend to be simple. People in traditional clothes, cattle and beasts by the road, lots of cars and crowded shops, this is the Scorpion village, and it is the last urban area before going forward, through the mountains. The views will inevitably differ for you between villages that inhabited the foothills and others that deliberately inhabited the tops of the mountains where you do not see a clear path for them. We are continuing our journey towards Seti Fatima Falls, located at the end of the area, where you will meet a local guide who will take you for a visit to the waterfalls. Ourika Falls Trip
Hello I had booked on the phone a trip to the Ourika falls and it was a good and easy trip. The only thing that was not explained was that the guides were not covered but the company ended up covering that for us in the end.

We were travelling with Hicham. We had booked a private trip to Ourika, so just my family and I (no other participants). We started from Marrakech. There we were picked up personally by him at our riad and taken to Ourika in his spacious, well-air-conditioned car. During the 1.5-hour drive, we were told a lot about the culture in a very friendly way. We were able to make several photo stops and every question was answered to our complete satisfaction. Hicham looked after us very attentively throughout the day and at the same time gave us enough space to relax and stroll. The loving way he treated our two children (8 and 5) is particularly worth mentioning! On the way up to the waterfalls in Ourika, which are located at an altitude of 1950 m, he showed us some places that only an insider would know. All in all, we can fully recommend Hicham and his "Awesome Morocco Tours". Thank you very much, my friend!
