Pathetic Experience. No veg food options. Limited food. No space in rooms. Poorly maintained.
Very Poor rooms and food options. Limited food options with limited quantity. To be honest, I am completely disappointed with the experience. Room size are very small and poorly maintained. Staff is not cooperative. Only my guide was good and enthusiastic - David. Rest all is pathetic. I got a deal and so booked this cruise but after visit I understood why I got that deal and this cruise was not even worth I someone let me there for free.

A great day
I want to commend our tour guide, Tony, for his outstanding service during our trip to Ha Long Bay. He was not only incredibly energetic and fun to be around, but also very professional. He explained the itinerary and the scenery clearly, answering all our questions. We felt very safe and well taken care of under his guidance. He is a true asset to the team!
