Not happy at all…
I booked this in advance. Communication was horrible. I took a tour yesterday. They confirmed the reservation. They told me what time to be outside. I had a good experience. This company did neither of those . I woke up early 6 am got myself together assumed you know show up at least 10/15 minutes early since they never confirmed. I kept getting reminders from the Viator that my trip was coming up. Aid and waited in the lobby and nothing. They never showed up. I called the company they stated they did they did not have a booking for me as I sent them the ticket showing I did have a reservation. I called back. He didn’t respond then I got a text message on Viator stating that the person was coming in 15 minutes but then this guy from the company says oh can I change it for tomorrow? No, I cannot. I have plans for tomorrow This is terrible customer service. This was a big disappointment, but thank you to Vader because they handled the situation and a refund is coming to me, but the money was not the issue. I wanted to do this today so I’m saying do not book with this company.

Great family time
They were right on time for pickup. Our guide, Cristianl, was awesome, spoke good English and shared lot of useful information. We were hydrated well (non-alcoholic) which we appreciated very much after a bad previous experience. We enjoyed all activities - horseback riding, zipline and buggy ride. For the buggy ride, make sure you carry a bandana with you. If not, they try to sell it for $5 each. Also, sneakers are highly recommended for this trip. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because of the condition of the vehicle we were on.
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are thrilled to hear that Cristian took such great care of you, that you felt well-hydrated, and that you fully enjoyed the horseback riding, ziplines, and buggy ride. We also appreciate you sharing those great tips about the sneakers and bandanas for future adventurers! On the other hand, thank you for your honest feedback regarding the condition of our vehicle. We maintain a high standard for our fleet, so we have already forwarded your comment to our maintenance team to inspect and address this unit immediately. We hope to welcome you back soon for a 5-star experience next time

Great experience
It was a great experience. Zipline, horse riding , buggies, lunch, souvenir shopping, market and city wandering, open bar all included.
Response from the operator: We really appreciate you highlighting everything included in the tour! It’s great to know you enjoyed the mix of adventure, culture, and of course, the open bar and lunch. We strive to offer the best value in Punta Cana, and we're so glad you had a great experience with us. Hope to see you again soon!

Adventures in the Dominican Republic
Very friendly and personal staff. The views were amazing, food was delicious and it was a great adventure. Zip lines, horseback riding and dune buggies were fun, but nothing beat the hand rolled cigars and the people we met!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much family for those words

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Zipline,Dune Buggy,Horse Riding start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
