Good guide. Way over priced.
Guide was good and friendly. It was raining a little when we did this tour, also the funicular was out of service. The price of the funicular should have reduced the cost of this tour as it’s been out of service for months. Wouldn’t recommend in the rain. We were provided wine but no food at all. Guide more pointed out food to us than made time for us to sample anything. It is better to explore Christmas markets on your own. Zagreb is very safe and the markets are easy to find.

We are sorry that the weather affected your experience, as rain can unfortunately change the overall atmosphere of an outdoor tour. We would also like to mention that during the tour we provided our own umbrellas so you could stay dry, even though this meant the guide continued the tour without one. We always try to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Food and drinks are not included in the tour price, which is clearly stated in the tour description. As the funicular was out of service, (price of one ticket is 0.7€, 70cents) and to compensate for that, you were offered complimentary drinks during the tour. We respect that exploring the Christmas markets independently can be enjoyable, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective, as it helps future guests choose what suits them best. Kind regards.
