    Would book again!!

Xplor was a great time! First round on the vehicles (John Deere sxs) we didn’t get wet at all so we asked for the wet/fun track; 2nd one was way better! Zip lines and waterslide were great! Underwater exploration took at least an hour from start to finish; we’d skip that next time. Hammock splash was fun but expect to feel like you’re getting a colon flush 😂 Buffet has a ton of options. Overall if was a great day and transportation was very easy!

Response from the operator: We are truly happy that you are already thinking about next time! Xplor is filled with adrenaline and adventure that leaves you wanting more. We hope to welcome you again soon for your next adventure!

    AMAZING!!!!

My husband and I had so much fun at Xplor, it was beyond our expectations! From the tour guide who picked us up to the helpful staff at the park, they were all amazing! The buffet lunch and the juice/snack bar had great food, we were very impressed! Some things to know before hand that I wish we knew: - Bring water shoes! I can't stress this enough. You won't want to be barefoot for the day or walk around with wet running shoes. Do not wear sandals! If you don't bring your own, they have them, however they are $40+ USD each! - The lockers they give you are small, do not over pack! Anything you bring has to stay in the locker so make sure you aren't bringing too much. You'll be wearing a helmet all day so no need for a hat. You can attend the buffet as many times as you want and and they have 2 juice/snack bars so no need to pack snacks! - You will be wet all day. I suggest wearing an outfit you don't mind getting wet and bringing a dry one to wear home! If you are fine wearing a swim suit all day plan for that. I didn't know and had to wear mine all day which was out of my comfort zone. Lots of people had shorts and a rash guard on so they didn't have to reapply sunscreen all day. I would highly recommend this tour and would love to go back!

Response from the operator: We are happy to know that you had a great day with the staff and the park. Our staff goal is for everyone to feel welcome and supported in all activites Thank you for the comments and sugestions for other visitors We truly appreciate your kind words and we hope to see you again soon! There's plenty more to explore

Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun cost?

    +

Prices start at $188 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Xplor Park All-Inclusive with Transportation from Playa del Carmen and Cancun start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
