Xel-Ha is considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities; in Xel-Ha’s park you can enjoy lagoons, cenotes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. Complimentary lifejackets, inner tubes, bicycles, access to lounge chairs, hammocks and rest areas are included. Slide down ziplines and splash into the crystal clear waters of a cenote or dive into a spectacular cove. Visit Xel-Ha’s vegetation nursery, and marvel at the mangroves and rainforest dotted with orchids. See the apiary of the Melipona bee (with a traditional Mayan harvest of honey twice a year) and learn more about the Mayan culture. Not what it was
We have been here a good few times and always loved it mainly because of the huge lagoon and amazing snorkelling available. After this most recent visit I just dont think we will ever go back .. actually felt quite sad when we left. The lagoon has gone from paradise to feeling like you are swimming through excrement .. not sure what it was but it looked like sh!t everywhere, the volume and range of fish has also dramatically reduced since we were there 3 years ago. The queues for everything .. food, cliff diving, zip lines were also a lot bigger, lack of queues had previously been a massive positive. Overall I just think the place is being ruined by overuse and corporate greed, this isn`t just a seasonal thing or a one off bad experience as I`ve spoken to others who have seen the decline over time This was a magical place ... and could be again but unfortunately now its just an expensive very average day out

Exciting adventurous day out in Mexico!
The whole day and experience was our best family day in Mexico! It is such a well designed and exciting, adventurous day out! We started with a bike ride through the trees to the start of the lazy river, which was such an exciting start, drifting Under the canopy of the mangroves and popping out in to the open river, finding a cliff to jump off and then swim/float on down to the fabulous zip lines in to the water. That was just the morning! Around every corner there was something new to do and challenge ourselves. The park was clean, safe, well landscaped and super exciting for our children (8,10,13&15yrs old) and for us as adults! We would highly recommend it to any families with adventurous kids.

XEL HA! Do not miss this fantastic waterpark on your trip to Tulum Mexico!
I highly recommend visiting this absolutely stupendous waterpark on any trip to Tulum Mexico. We have been to many water parks in the United States and are none that compare with the excellence of this waterpark. It is a beautiful venue, and there are many activities included in the price of . One of the best things about it is the inclusion of the price for food and drinks, including alcohol all day long. This was our favorite activity on our trip to Tulum Mexico. Every single thing about it was stupendous, and we loved it! Highly recommended!
