Nice but not as nice as we remembered
My wife and I have been going to Couples Sans Souci for 15 years. It is a beautiful resort with lush vegitation and very friendly staff. The highlight of our trip was breakfast and the maid service and turndowns in our room. I also enjoyed the diving. This trip was not as enjoyable as past trips. The weather was unusually hot and dry. The spa treatments have gone up in price and the exercise room overlooking the ocean was closed. Construction was underway at the beach bar which made it difficult to find a restful place at the beach. There was a large group of repeaters that were very clicky and loud even in the nice restaurants. It seems like the management may be moving away from the quiet atmosphere we once enjoyed. Not sure we will be back.

It describes a stay at Couples Sans Souci resort, including the resort, breakfast, room service, spa treatments, diving, beach bar construction, and other resort facilities. 2026 ANNUAL
We recently spent a long weekend at the Clarion Point and had an outstanding stay! The location by the brewery, the gazebo by the lake, walkin distance to restaurants on main street. The hotel and it's staff were great the entire stay. We spent time in the gazebo, had a great catered dinner in the conference room. All of us have great memories and look forward to next year! Thank you Clarion Point staff and management for a wonderful stay.

Terrible, Uncomfortable, Poor Supervision….. someone needs to be Fired….
This was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!! We were Long Stay, a whole 7 days, and the first day after check in started it all, then after that it was down hill all the way… Hampton Inn and Suites, Airport areas Albuquerque New Mexico! Never would I ever suggest staying at this Hampton Inn and Suites!!!! We were treated not well, most of the stay! Checked in on Sat. after 3:30 ish, with Danny, he was very nice and kind, and easy to talk to, he was on of our favorite people at the front desk, On Sunday Morning I had to report that the refrigerator wasn’t working and it had spoiled all our food we had brought, everything was Hot, spoiled,,, then I had to wait till Monday when the Manager was going to be working, We had checked in on Sat. late afternoon… we had to throw all the food away, I was told to do so by the Sunday Desk lady, she said no problem they will believe you!!!! WRONG!!!!! the Supervisor’s Name was Berenice Fuentes! First thing she asked me was for a Reciept for the food? Are you kidding me? we are from Oklahoma, am I supposed to drive home and get it? Lordy…. then she said she would have to talk to whom ever about it.. I brought a written list of the spoiled food, and she asked where I got the prices, Well Duuuuuh,,, off of Walmart.com, we bought our food at Walmart in OK. before we came… so that is what I spent,,, then we had to wait for 3 or 4 days before they told us they would refund by taking the cost off our stay, which was fine, then they send a person in our room by him self, after I had advised the front desk not to do so,,, no one in my room unless I was in there,,, well the guy that supposedly fixed the Fridge, took one of my things of Ramen noodles, which wasn’t a big deal, but still that was theft…. and I had to report it to Berenice, which in return she questioned me about it,,, “ did you misplaced it or did you eat it and you just don’t remember? “NO” I did not….. then she said I will talk to him, and also said that he had worked for them over 25 years and he wouldn’t have done that?????? “Really”? so I guess he never got caught before, or was not reported of theft… not sure???????? and really if you ask the man if he took it would he say yes I did,,, No he wouldn’t!!!!! how stupid!!!!!! Anyway after all this happened, we were snubbed, and was treated differently from that point on,,, she and he talked in spanish when we were doing our day trip, and he didn’t sound like he was very happy that I told her that,, wish I could have understood what they were saying??? Very Uncomfortable from that point on!!!! Terrible… Awfull….. If I could I would ask for a fulll Refund on our stay, The complimentary Breakfast most mornings was awful…. watery Powders scrambled eggs, always sausage, and NO Toaster, it had broken…. the only thing that was pretty good was the Oatmeal and the Waffels……and Juices…… Also one last thing, we didn’t have a working Ice machine on 2nd floor, we had to go to 3rd floor or 1st floor for Ice which made it hard, because we didn’t have a working Fridge for 3 day or so,,, and we had to put things in our ice chest…. All In All we loved our room, it was very comfortable, and the pool was nice… but the Front desk help was Crap!!! Except for Danny, and Jennifer,,, they were the only 2 we really thougth took good care of us, and didn’t snub us at all….. The End….. Now Refund me my Monies for the whole week!!! because that was not a good experience at all…. Awful……

Must try experience to satiate the artist and the curious traveler in you
I had a cute and cozy experience. The teacher was kind and patient and walked me through each step and helped me practice the strokes before I was to write on a scroll. They also served warm tea (and with the rain outside) this was such a beautiful experience.
