About this experience
I’m Edo. I personally designed this experience, and I’ll be the one hosting you. I’m not a large tour operator, but a local who lives food and wine every day. Forget tourist places and rushed stops. Spend a slow half-day with me exploring where locals really eat, discovering the everyday food culture of Turin most visitors never experience. We’ll visit small artisanal places as an elegant pastry shop, a family-run bakery, a tiny chocolate laboratory, a small alpine cheese stall and a rustic trattoria. You’ll taste the full spectrum of Piedmontese flavors: from savory appetizers and regional wines to delicate pastries and rich chocolate creations. Each stop reveals a story of passion, craftsmanship, and the deep connection between food and culture in this city. Ready for a different food tour?

What We Mean When We Say Authentic Experience
People always say they want the REAL Italian experience well as someone who has been coming to Italy since 2012 I must confess Edo is the best tour guide I have ever had. When you book with him it’s like having your best friend introduce you to people and places he’s known his whole life. All of the food I ate was life changing. I know this sounds so dramatic but I scroll through my phones at my desk in US and miss Turin every day. You will not regret booking with Edo. Such a special guy showing an under appreciated part of Italy. Come with an empty stomach- you will get your monies worth.

Passionate, educational and tasty
Edo is a very passionate guide! He shows you around from the heart and does everything he can to organize a fantastic experience. The locations are top notch, his explanation is fun and interesting and you feel like you are out with a good friend. It doesn't get any better in Turin!

Edo was engaged and engaging
Edo was a fabulous tour guide. From the first interaction with him via Whatsapp, he was engaged and engaging. He was helpful with booking two dinner reservations for us when the topic of food turned to more than just his tour. The highlight of the tour was a small bakery that allowed us to walk downstairs to the oven. It was a century old or older bakery and the bakers gave us a tour and a discussion of the history. I would recommend Edo and his tour unreservedly. Grazie mille

Turin Breaks!
Edoardo’s knowledge and hospitality was second to none. We couldn’t have wished for a better host for the afternoon and evening. For a short stay, this is the perfect way to experience some of Turin’s hidden culinary gems. The local Piedmontese wines and vermouth we sampled were exquisite. Would highly recommend

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Turin?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Turin?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
