Insufficient, too few puzzles, some of which did not work
Unfortunately, there was no introduction to the scenario at the beginning. In addition, the room had not been completely reset, so that when playing, some puzzles from the previous ones had already been solved. The puzzles themselves are also very simple and countable on one hand. In some cases, not all puzzles worked due to technical problems. In itself, the room was designed to be welcoming, but you noticed that some of the equipment was already worn out. In the end, we were two through in half an hour.

It almost felt like a scam at first...
I booked the Game of Thrones room as a surprise for my girlfriend while we were visiting the city. As a couple of tourists we had some trouble finding the entrance to the facility, and all we could find was a door with a couple of doorbells. We rang the one for LaserStar multiple times, but no answer. We called the number and they said they would send someone down. We still had to wait almost 30 minutes for the door to be opened so we could enter the building. I was so anxious during this time, thinking it was all a scam. When we finally made it upstairs to the reception, there was 1 employee waiting for us. He asked for our reservation and I showed him, then he proceeded to tell us that we need to pay 5€ per person for a plastic card that is supposably needed for playing the escape room game. It was just an excuse to try get some personal data, because they immediately ask you to "register" an account for that card before you can play. After doing all that, the employee asked us which room we had booked. I told him that I booked the Game of Thrones room, but then he said that room was double booked apparently and that it was not available. It was the sole reason for me to go to this place... I was so disappointed. The employee was nice and seemed sincere when he apologised for the error, but the place was also very understaffed since he had to run the whole place by himself on a Friday evening... He offered us our money back for the cards, and asked us if we wanted to use one of the other two escape rooms that were available. After some discussion with my friends we decided to just go for the Jack The Ripper room. All in all that was still pretty fun, it was not the most challenging, but for beginners like us it was enough to keep us busy for the whole hour. Would not go there again after this experience.

Lack of organization
The Escaperoom was good but we had to wait half an hour until the front door was opened and after the Booking Referral you only see in the confirmation voucher that you have to pay an additional 5 euros per person for a card before you can play. Find it a cheek to know this only after payment especially for us as tourists in the city who will never play in the store again. But the rest was ok also the half hour we were standing outside the door was not deducted from the game time.

Highly recommended - we had fun
We went to the escape room for the first time as a group of colleagues and would love to do it again. You just get used to it and then you start solving the puzzles through teamwork. The instructions were really friendly. The really stupid thing was that we didn't even get to the end - when you hear the door buzzer: go out and check out. We'll definitely be back
