The tour of the Winery...
The tour of the Winery was brief & uninspiring. Wine tasting was good with a selection of wines, ham & cheese.

Lots of wine, little info
Very bad tour. The group spoke partly Italian and partly English. The guide barely spoke English. In Italian he had whole stories about both the process and the wines. In English he didn't go beyond 'here we press the grapes' and 'here we keep the wine'. He also did not introduce himself or tell us anything about the company. Too bad if the tour is not what you came for.... At least some positive, we tasted 6 wines. It's a shame he didn't tell anything more about the wines. Not which grape variety(ies), how this specific wine is made, what this wine goes well with, etc.

A great wine tasting experience
A great way to spend an hour or so on a short winery tour. We were only visiting Bardolino for the day and as my wife had never been on a wine tasting tour at a vineyard I thought it would be a nice surprise. Booking was easy and contacting Davide before by email was easy and he answered quickly and made me want to book. As a surprise, and not in the know, i did book a taxi, €25 from the village out to the vineyard. This can be reduced if you use the guy below, who was our driver and when i got him to collect us for the return leg it was €15. Nice young guy and recommend him. As for the tour, as its short and sweet so to speak, you start with a 10 minute visit to the production area, barrels etc on this small family run winery. This is a second generation family business where the family produce all the product. We tasted 2 white, 2 rose, 2 red. All were fantastic. Only problem was which two to pick to bring home to fit in the cases! All was accompanied with lovely cheese, meat and breads sticks. We also tried some of their own produced balsamic vinegar which was beautiful and a bottle bought there too! They have it nailed down for a nice short tour and taste for the size of the premises and the product is outstanding. Highly recommend this experience.

Wine tasting experience
Wine tasting trip was great, the owner really knew his stuff and he was very informative/knowledgeable. He let us try almost all of the 15 different wines they produce and was very patient with us. If you are thinking about booking this, book the slightly more expensive one, as this has a seating area and the one we booked didn’t. We never saw it had two options and if we had known, we would have booked the slightly more expensive one. Great couple of hours and enjoying the wine we bought!
Response from the operator: Dear Dary, I am very happy you enjoyed our tasting! We do all the efforts to meet our custorme expectatinon. Thank you very much Luca Valetti

no German guide
The tour was conducted in English, contrary to the booking and despite the presence of 90% German guests. What a pity. Tour +/- Architecture ++
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, I asked before starting the visit if it was ok to lead the tour in english, as it is easier for me. All agreed. Nobody asked to repeat the tour in german.
