Gorgeous peninsula and outstanding wine
Our guide, Miro, was outstanding. He took us to a wonderful place in Ston for lunch. The Grgic vineyard had the most amazing view and amazing wine. The Matusko vineyard cellars were really cool and again great wine!

Response from the operator: Thank you Odd for you review I cancel tour and make refund to you from my side and Just that you know when you book tour I don't have your money, money goes to Viator and they pay to me after one month when I make tour with customer so I do everything from my side so you can't accuse me that I take your money because I got e-mail that refund was made to you. Dear Reservations, We have now refunded the customer per your notification. And you booked this tour last minute and it is written that to organise this tour I need to have minimum 4 people and I had just you and I offer you that you can take private tour but you didn't want It and now you accouse me for what that I couldn't organise this tour just for you.

Our guide tailored the visit for our kids and us
Mike was really great. Brought us to three different winery and amazing restaurant by the ocean The first winery was really beautiful w nice platter for the wine tasting. The second was family run w great explanation and of their wines. The third was no fuss, but w great wines. The restaurant was perfect for all of us w great food/wine pairing. We shared a black risotto (squid ink) that was totally worth it.

Never showed up where we were told to meet
Terrible experience with this company. We were on a cruise, and we didn't have good wi-fi access. I had confirmed with the tour company prior to leaving the US that they would pick us up at the port and what our cruise ship was. (We were on a smaller cruise ship that doesn't go into the main port). The day before our trip, I was contacted and asked to cancel through Viator and pay in cash, as they winery tasting prices had changed. As it was less than 24 hours, I informed them that I could not do this. They followed up with a message saying that they canceled it and would meet us at the main port (which I had told them we would not be at). We had to taxi in order to meet them at the location that they specified. When we reached it, there was no on there. We even confirmed with other tour operators and port security that we were in the correct spot for independent tours. We waited for about 40 minutes, before returning to town. I should have known something was up when I was asked to cancel and pay cash.

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.
How much does Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik cost?
+
Prices start at $204 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.
Is Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Wine Lover's Tour From Dubrovnik start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
