Never again!
It was our last day there and I specifically booked only rafting for 4 hours! Instead of 7:30 AM, he arrived at 8:20 AM. Then we find out that we are now driving three hours to the location. Once there, you are first seated, and after half an hour, someone talks and informs us that we are all doing the combo tour now. Rafting, Jeep, buggy, and zipline.. I informed them that I only booked 4 hours of rafting and that it should stay that way, only to be told that I either book the rest or we just have to wait until everyone is finished. At 2:30 PM we were finally in the boat. 3:15 PM first break, where we naturally were getting hungry after 8 hours and had to buy food. 4:30 PM we were at the meeting point, where of course only those who booked the full package were provided with food. 7:50 PM we were dropped off at the hotel. We were thus out for almost 12 hours that day to only really have 2 hours of rafting fun instead of the booked 4 hours. The last day was ruined, because something else was planned for the evening and had to be canceled, and we had to spend almost 10 hours waiting or in transit! Thanks for nothing!

Disorganized - almost didn't get what we booked.
The excursion was supposed to start at 7:30 AM. We booked a 4-hour German-speaking rafting tour. It started with two time changes... One the evening before and the next when we were already waiting in front of the hotel - 2 hours of lost time. No German-speaking tour guide. Once we arrived there, gloves, water shoes, and cell phone protective cases were sold to people at catastrophic prices. 10€ per item - that makes a 120€ surcharge for a family of four????? An absolute outrage!!! If such things are needed, then please include that in the description! We then purchased gloves (for nothing, as it turned out). We were told we needed them... Then we were distributed into the vehicles. There we realized that we had ended up on a combo tour..... We deliberately did not want a day tour with our children! Pointed out this mistake, the guides then rearranged us (we were then offered that we could have done the big tour for an extra charge) When we were finally in the right place - we had a wonderful rafting tour Our guide Mohamed (English only) at least managed to save our time a little..... So the tour itself was great - that's why two stars - otherwise there would have only been one. When we were finished, we had to wait two hours in the heat without any information - until the day tours were also done..... Conclusion: catastrophic hidden costs Bought gloves that we did not need No German as indicated in the booking A half-day tour turned into a full day with way too much waiting time My children thought it was the worst excursion they ever had.... Too bad

They just want money. Also very dissapointing.
The rafting was fine, but it was very disappointing, because we heard it would be wild. It was very mild. When we arrived, after 2,5 hours with bus, we were told that either we could wait minimum 90 minutes for the other people or we could buy a combo package with quad and zipline. We didn’t wanna wait so we bought it, then we had to pay an additional 10 euros for wetsuit and 10 euros for water shoes. We were 5 people and ended up paying 175 euros after already buying the trip. In all the trip was a little disappointing, and even though we had a fun time, it wasn’t worth it.
