Could not have been a better day
We were blessed with the best possible weather you can get, blue skies in every direction and almost ten degrees. Greg was an amazing tour guide - he outlined the itinerary and then offered up a couple of suggestions for variations for us to consider. He checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable (bathroom breaks, food and drink stops if needed, vehicle temperature etc.) He told us a lot of facts about the surrounding towns, historical events and current. Deborah was our guide at Squamish Canyon and she was knowledgeable and informative, as well as super friendly.

Breathtaking
We loved it! Scenery was amazing… wish we stayed longer. Definitely recommend. Rob our driver was awesome (great drive through the winding rode) felt very safe! He was kind, and shared a lot about the tour.

Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls....a must see event
I just went on a day trip to Squamish Canyon and Mamquam Falls, our bus driver, Brent was amazing and very knowledgeable with many interesting facts about Vancouver and surrounding area on our journey there and back. Squamish Canyon is amazing and our guide for the walk through to the falls was Deborah. She was exceptional and you could tell that she was very keen about the forest, telling us lots about the construction of the boardwalk and how the founder Robin Sherry envisioned creating a safe, sustainable tourism experience. She knew so much about the forest and made the walk very interesting, giving us lots of time on the walk to stop and enjoy the environment and hug some beautiful trees along the way!!

Worth the trip!
Landsea treated 50+ city hosts from Destination Vancouver (two coach loads) to full-day tours ( of the recently opened Squamish Canyon. Although I've lived in Vancouver almost all my life, often travel the Sea-to-Sky corridor, and hike regularly in the area, I learned so much from our driver-guide Rodrigo, just from the drive to and from Squamish. The facilities at Squamish Canyon are unique: a gorgeously constructed 1.7 km red cedar boardwalk through the trees and along the Mamquam River and Falls, with wide viewing platforms at stragetic points along the way, and a large "Forest Lounge" (an extension of the boardwalk itself, it too entirely of cedar. Loved the walk there, the tourguide's explanations, and the simple opportunity to admire the creativity, effort tand quality construction that went into the attraction. It's obvioulsy a labour of love.

Only Mamquam Falls
I honestly just got a ride to Mamquam Falls and back, but Casey, our driver, was so knowledgeable, polite and friendly that I felt compelled to leave him a review! Good job Casey! A credit to the company!

Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vancouver.
How much does Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $142 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vancouver usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour take?
+
Plan for about 10.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vancouver is not rushed.
Is Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vancouver, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vancouver can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vancouver and add a light layer if any part of the 10.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Whistler, Squamish Canyon Walk and Mamquam Falls Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vancouver within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vancouver?
+
On Outty we rank every Vancouver experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Vancouver City Sightseeing Tour: Capilano Suspension Bridge & Vancouver Lookout, Epic Electric Bike Tour of Vancouver, Whistler, Sea to Sky Gondola, & Shannon Falls Tour from Vancouver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vancouver?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vancouver?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
