    Wonderful private tour

Betty provided us a wonderful tour of Prague. She listened carefully to our requests and ideas, provided additional suggestions that enriched our tour greatly, and then carried out our tour with thoughtful, informed guidance. We highly recommend Personal Prague Tours and Betty.

A lovely tour of Prague with one of the best guides.......Sarka!!

I first met Sarka back in 2004 when she guided my sisters and myself through the beautiful city of Prague. We all were taken with her knowledge of Prague and her love for the history of the city. So, when my husband and I were going to spend three nights in Prague this September, I immediately tried to track Sarka down. Now she owns and manages her own travel company with 40 guides to help visitors discover the beauty of Prague. So, we felt extremely fortunate to be able to book Sarka for a three hour tour of the Old Town. Upon meeting Sarka at our hotel, we discussed the morning plans and what we wanted to tour and see. She is very accommodating to your wishes. Soon we were off to the Jewish Quarter, and then through the many churches around the Old Town Square. Sarka is so knowledgeable about the history of the city. It was our lucky day that we were able to enter the grounds of Charles University, her alma mater, and have a most reasonable lunch at one of the university's coffee shops. Lunch for the four of us came to $4.00!! We ended the tour at Wenceslas Square. The time flew by much too quickly. Being with Sarka and seeing Prague through her eyes was amazing. The last line of her biography on the Personal Prague Guide webpage says it all......"You can stop being a tourist and become a guest and friend." Yes, you can with Sarka or one of her many wonderful guides. My husband and I highly recommend her travel company.......Personal Prague Guide!

Great start for our time in Prague!

Spending a few hours with our guide Andrea was a wonderful way to quickly learn about Prague, learn the city's layout and see a few of the sites. Andrea's English was excellent and she made sure we gained the knowledge we needed for the next few days of our time in beautiful Prague. We also arranged for rides to/from the airport thru this guyide service. Our driver, Vladmir, was the best. Highly reccommended!

Response from the operator: Dear Dave, thank you for reviewing your trip to Prague and out guide Andrea and driver Vladimir. We try to do the most for our clients, not only to provide best local guides, but also the best and reasonable transfers. All you have to do then is only to enjoy your stay in Prague :) Thank you again and Happy travels. Follow us on Facebook: @PersonalPragueGuide Check our website: PersonalPragueGuide . com

    Personal, Professional, Perfect!

Our group of 8 adults from the US and Canada, enjoyed a full day with Vera, from Personal Prague Guide. What an amazing day! She met us at our hotel and started with an introduction to the city then listened to our wishes for the day. We were together for 5 1/2 hours and saw all the highlights of Prague. She was very knowledgeable on all of the past history of Prague and was able to answer all of our questions. She directed us on how to see more of the city on our own tomorrow. I would definitely recommend using Personal Prague Guide!

Response from the operator: Dear Mary, It is so great to hear from you. Thank you for choosing us as your companions in Prague and we are so glad to read that Vera gave you unique tour. Touring with our guides is not only about history and seeing monuments. They also give you a lot of ideas about what to do in the city during your stay, how to see the most and where to taste the best Czech food. Thank you and we hope to see you in Prague again! Thank you again and Happy travels. Follow us on Facebook: @PersonalPragueGuide Check our website: PersonalPragueGuide . com

Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.

How much does Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide cost?

    +

Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.

Is Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Welcome to Prague-short, intense private with PersonalPragueGuide start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Prague?

    +

On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, Prague Essential Tour Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Prague?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Prague?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
