Family Time
Nice family day everyone was really good with my son with special needs made him feel appreciated and part of it everything. got to learn words, good times, funny, Face paint was a pain in butt to get off faces but over all looked good and was fun for pictures, boat left on time, wish it was a little longer and up more on river and shared some of and marks around us. Crowd size was great, staff also again cat say enough about them! Fee was great also and priced nicely for our family size kids want to do this again and we will be for sure, uncle from TX enjoys trip also and said beer was cold, sodas also

Great for young children.
It was a great experience especially for young children. The crew was great. Adults wished the trip spanned a larger area of the Potomac; we seemed to go in circles sometimes. Also, some narration pointing out the sites we were seeing would have been nice.

Fun for kids
Family friendly fun - my 3.5 yo had a blast and is still talking about the “evil” pirate. Appreciated there was a bathroom on board and food/drinks were reasonably priced.

It is excellent for children from 5 years to 10, younger children cry and is annoying to others. The ship team are great, they work the magic of the pirate ship

If your family wants to engage in some bootleg pirate boat ride, this is it. They don't talk about anything that's dealing with DC. They did some pirate talk, activities for smaller kids, and took the ship out in the water. We went in a small circle than went back.
